brady v. manning and kelly v. marino are mirror images... There was one guy who put up better numbers, and there was one guy who won. Granted, brady won super bowls and kelly didn't, but they're both 100x more clutch than marino or manning. I'll take clutch over numbers anyday

i've never driven a mustang gt, but i have driven other high torque cars. they do not stall if you simply let the clutch out, even going slightly uphill. It's nearly impossible to stall the car in this mannor. I could totally see the kid doing that. he started the car with it in 1st and no parking break, got excited and popped the clutch, the rest was a lesson in reaction time.

now that was a game for the ages! (i hate the shootout... i wish one of our guys would have just slammed it home in OT)

I don't see why its controversial... TKO has been invisible since returning. Why not put ellison in on a few plays or series and switch crowell. Maybe juggling the positions will light a fire, or maybe just maybe confuse the opposing offense a little. At this point, it couldn't hurt...

i'm so sick of the "its only his second year"/"he's only had bla bla bla starts" argument. he sucks right now, however, we shouldn't give up yet. stick with him for the entire season. if he shows some progress with the shuffling of the line then try him next year with the short leash, but you absolutely do not pull him mid season this year.

i assure you, he had 100% recognition in that hotel restaurant that night... my dad and i, the only other guests at the time, recognized him. i'm a big schumacher fan... rooting for him is like rooting for microsoft though. with that said, i went to the 2002 montreal grand prix and actually ate dinner with him after the race (which he won of course). he ate with like 2 guys at the hotel restaurant, and we sat at the table next to him. it was dead at the time so we all ended up getting together and chit chatting.
