  1. Health update as of 9/11/2012 at 7:15pm EDT:
  2. 69 is too young to go, but it sure seems like he lead a full life. RIP
  3. Im typing this on my iPhone from Baltimore airport so I will keep this short. I just spent the weekend at the indycar Baltimore grand prix and it was by far one of the coolest things imaginable. Great event. It's tough to watch Indy racing On tv but I'm a fan now. Accessible paddock, got to chat with drivers and mechanics, and it humanized them for the race on Sunday. Saturday was the American le mans race and that was soooo cool. If you are a racing fan on the east coast, I highly recommend this event for the 2013 race
  4. Thanks for the info. I'm happy with this deal I suppose. It is obvious that QB is the weakness with this team right now. Fitz is always going to be fitz, if he remains healthy. A serviceable starter who has ability to put up some numbers and generally manage a game. VY and/or thigpen were a disaster in the making if fitz proves he hasn't recovered from broken ribs or something else happens to him. More power to the front office for pulling in a backup. T. Jackson > yince young and thigpen.
  5. 5 dead in Ohio!
  6. No kidding. Thousands stood behind him, but Neil Armstrong effectively killed the USSR on July 21, 1969. One giant leap indeed!

  8. That's where I stand. Strip his title, call him a doper, etc. all the other doped up racers were still beat by a guy who should have been dead.
  9. The Antecedent.
  10. Is it ok to be honored to be elected to the hof and humbled at the reception from the guests and fans at the same time?
  11. I hate that guy... But if I were that guy, I'd be that guy.
  12. I got a Craftsman YT3000 this spring. I love the thing. Cuts great, runs great, turns tight, and cuts in reverse simply by turning the key back one click. One MAJOR fault is that a pin broke off that holds the steering shaft in pace, so if I press down on it too much it actually forces the pinion out of position under the tractor. I obviously need to get that fixed, but its an easy fix. I have warranty though, so I plan on calling someone to my house for the 30 cent part.
  13. A) this is an example as to why America has fallen so much since the end of the cold war. B) she sat on a hot bench on a 100 degree day. That bench was maybe 180-190. Hot for a first degree burn. She developed 3rd degree burns a few days later? Come on now folks! I hate the cowboys and Jerry but I've gotta side with them on this one. After this ladys suit is dismissed, they should countersue her to oblivion just cause.
  14. Positive Bills moments?
  15. Johnson obviously didn't.
  16. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64zBBtxRCYM Nothing left to do but SMILE, SMILE, SMILE!!!
  17. Clearly the joke is on me.
  18. I've spit up too from popov vodka. No shame in that, except I was 20 in a dorm room not 60 in a public park at 9am
  19. I used stump-out last weekend. This fall, when it comes time to burn various yard waste (in my fire pit), I will also add some charcoal to the top of the stump, light it, and allow it to smolder away. Should be a grand old time.
