  1. hey tom, its taken me about a year to make a name of myself here on the board... at least now i know i have a following. Maybe soon, i'll jump into jay and steve's league and have my name become a filter!
  2. whoever brazilian was copied my original work... trust me, i wrote it and i'm not brazilianwhatever. Although whoever that was better watch out. i'll break his kneecaps for not quoting the great Ken Corp.
  3. Brown hasn't even had an mri yet. If he tore his ACL, consider him retired, if not, he could be back sometime this season. We don't know if he tore it yet though! I just hope this injury is nasty looking. i'm watching the game tonight.
  4. I'm with you. MM can use this as motivation to perform on offense too. Let's see it on thursday night.
  5. Kordella beat the bills in the playoffs.
  6. so, if the bills are halfway decent by the time the season starts, its all on the coaches, provided these teams tank as expected. By the way, pittsburgh is back. that's going to be a toughie. It does have wildcard implications if things pan out the way they should.
  7. Well, you are right. i had already typed it when i realized my mistake. Being a wrestling fan though, they could be called the Flutamaniacs and the jWo. The journeyman QB debate can be whatever you want it to be. it transcends football. it is a way of life for bills fans. Now, lets remember that great KC game where big sexy rob johnson ran for that challenged TD. Or the Jax game where the Dough "The Barber" Flutcake ran the naked bootleg. AWESOME ONE GAME PERFORMANCES!!
  8. i'd take dead otto graham over rob johnson, simply by default.
  9. Praise the lord for t brown and jp's injuries. I've really missed this wonderful debate!!
  10. oops... i totally forgot about the rib injury and concussions... forget that last post!
  11. At least fred taylor tied RJ for injuries. Actually, RJ was a lot more durable. For as much as he was hit, and for the stupid mistakes and broken scrambles, he never really got injured except for that broken shoulder.
  12. T. Brown hurt his knee. Best case, sprained, worse case, torn ligaments. I think the MRI results will be announced tomorrow. Vincent just got his jaw rattled. he's good to go. Milloy broke his forarm making a wicked tackle. he is having surgery today and should be back with a cast for the opener.
  13. plus his name is Shaud. that's gotta count for something
  14. 2 series for the starting o. IF they don't score, consider their job in jeopardy.
  15. bingo. we have a winner. I really hate to say it, but "it's" coming sooner rather than later. This is why TD needs to be more proactive with shoring up this team. To save his job after "it" happens.
  16. Who replaces lindell then? Is TD going to get into a bidding war over gary anderson? He can come full circle if the bills get him. Seriously, who can replace lindell?
  17. I was thinking that he could use his cast and be like tito santana with the flying burrito.
  18. to tell a family secret, my grandmother is dutch. Anyways, simms is smoking crack. this team will make the playoffs, even with the backup holder injured.
  19. I'm glad he's got a good attitude. Hopefully that will get him on the field in 2 weeks. I'm not really concerned about him playing with a broken arm.
  20. http://www.cnn.com/2004/SHOWBIZ/Music/08/2...n.ap/index.html linkage
  21. wow, coach... i thought you'd at least use an alias, like howard simon does when he posts here!
  22. The jim kelly bills went 0-4 all the time in pre season. 19-0.... I'll be the john deere who pulls this wagon. Who's coming along?
  23. see mark, i didn't even watch the game, so i'm judging that the line blew because they always have blown. Now that i know that jennings and price sat, i'm fully confident that they'll be ok. Plus, bledsoe already has had his one career freak injury, so you know he's not going down anytime soon.
  24. Too bad the board has had server problems recently. Maybe later, when i'm fully awake, i'll attempt to do a search and count all the Mcnally=God threads from about january till august. This offensive line has been consistantly bad since 1994. That covers 3 full coaching staffs and is currently on its 4th. I just don't get it.
  25. Since when does and injury to a clipboard holder and the guy who claps his hands while standing next to the coach while the real offense is on the field determine that the bills will go 6-10? Last i looked, drew bledsoe is healthy and playing just fine. Relax. The bills will get someone to backup DB while losman heals. As for brown, well, if RJ has a glass jaw, then this guy's jaw is made of circa 1750 crystal stemware. He's the 3rd sting QB who helped the bills to the 31-0 loss at the end of last season. Good camp or not, he wasn't taking the opening snap against the jags. I'm staying with my original 19-0 prediction.
