Pick? 2005 BMW M3 or Bills Superbowl Win in 2006.

Steve, if you've seen the timestamp on my posts from the past 3 or so years, you know that i either post first thying in the morning, or last thing at night... Last thing at night, she usually comes in and asks me to go to bed. She knows everything i post, that's why she frequents here. If i mention a link to a girl, a MILF, or a cheerleader, you know its in jest. I'm just glad that someone picked up on that. She'll probably register and post on this site soon (afer i teach her how to do so), so be nice to her! anyways, since this thread will get buried because of the news, anyone got a link?? p.s. thanks steve... on days that i wonder why i'm married, i'll look back and say that sh-- aka stevestogan complimented me... thanks bro -
An Honest look at the QB situation
Corp000085 replied to CosmicBills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
greg, that post made sense... It was long, but broken up into clearly read paragraphs and sections, and was insightful. Let me be the first to ask What's wrong with you?? Posts that make sense and are objective are no use to TSW!! Mods, please block this tool... j/k I pretty much agree with everything you've said, especially about the defense... They were anything but great. Sure, stop cleveland on 1st and 10, ahead by 21, but stop jax on 4th and long with them down by 4 with 1:00 remaining, and you can't... That defense was really good, but the only thing that seemed to seperate them from great is realizing what week 1=week 17 -
I don't like the coaching contract thing with the game... it's impossible to sign a current HC as a coordinator... Oh well.

I'm 26 now... i'd die at age 27 and be happy (unless my wife was pregnant) if the bills won the super bowl. Screw the car... A little story... my dad has been very successful. He has money and cars. However, my brother has a bleeding disorder. He had to go to the hospital after he cut himself badly. I was home, my dad was at work. I had to take him to the hospital. When i called my dad to ask permission to drive his $120,000+ porsche, he yelled at me for wasting time... Life is more important than cars. I'm saying that, and i'm saying that BILLS WINNING THE SUPERBOWL IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN LIFE (unless my wife is prengant)* *She frequents the site... A recent development -
hopefully in 2007, i'll either be saying "drew who?" or "remember when drew..."

well, since i drove an M5 from my wedding, and that car is currently allocated to me in my father's will, i'll say bills super bowl... In fact, if you wished death on me, i'd ask that the day be one day after the victory parade... -

I just caught the MM interview on nflnetwork... i refuse to open realaudio to watch the rest... My only comments are that a) MM needs to cut out some of the "um"s, B) MM is sharply dressed... I have on a blue checked button down shirt (mine is brooks brothers, monogrammed "C000085", his is polo), C) He said all the right things. The only thing that i "read into" was his comments on drew being "upset". MM seems very set on what he said, and the only thing i got out of that comment was "upset" probably = "threw something through a wall". I'm hoping that the DB call is on nfl network at 2... very very interested in what he has to say.

2004-05 NHL season officially cancelled
Corp000085 replied to loadofmularkey's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well, i've said it all along... I will be (and am now) very upset that the season is cancelled... However, the longer this goes, the more kinks are worked out between the NHL and the NHLPA. The agreement has been a mess since 1994, and i say, take as long as necessary to fix it. Do not sacrifice the quality of the agreement for the schedule. I'm pissed, but in 10 years, i'll be greatful that i missed NHL hockey in june of 2005. -
Press conference... 212 with directv.

rubes, if you're in the red for 3 or so seasons, they make you give up the team and buy another team, or quit... I did every single upgrade in a drunken moment and couldn't make up the cost...

Will press conference be televised??

Corp000085 replied to Corp000085's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
yeah yeah, i knew it as i was typing... i also knew that someone would point out that i made a mistake within minutes, if not seconds... don't worry, if its on, i'll have one for you since i'm off of work early -
Sorry if its already been posted. I just returned from work and haven't had a chance to read down... If it has, i'll delete in a few minutes. Anyways, will the PC be televised on NFL network or espn news?? It's at 1pm, correct?

I lost the team after an oops with the stadium upgrades, but my 2nd franchise i'm in year 4 now. I signed losman long term, got rid of bledsoe (trade), cut henry, cut moulds after year one, and now my team is sitting very cap friendly with a successful JP Losman as my qb, some draftee in the slot WR, reed as #2, and evans as #1... All 3 Wrs and QB are pro bowlers.

With the DB issue not finished but pretty much
Corp000085 replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I feel the exact same way... I just remember getting so pumped on draft day 2002 when they broke in that the trade had been made. I immediately threw on all of my bills clothes and went to the commons (at RIT) to proclaim the return to greatness. Then there was that vikings game... One of the top 5 regular season games in bills history, if you ask me. Wow... Then he began to show signs of slipping. The team took 3 steps back after about week 8 of the 2002 season, and another 3 after that the next year. The bills did rebound this year, but the height of the rebound wasn't made possible by drew, it was held back. I feel like a lot of you that it won't be a complete "see ya, hardly knew ya" feeling, like i had with RJ and flutie in 2002. Drew was and is a classy guy, and a broken down, once very very good quarterback. As i've always said, if drew was a jerk, he'd have been gone last year. He's not, so it will be hard. I'm just glad that the team is having its PC today just so they can show some dignity. For as much as drew's talent has fallen, he still ranks pretty high in the NFLPA.... I don't want him to have anything bad to say about the bills. As for you personally, no hard feelings. If i was critical, it was at your football skills and their relation to this team, not as a guy. Drew, good luck man... Have fun in the NFC. -
(SLUT)Who would you most like to sit next to......
Corp000085 replied to The Poojer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I sat next to ernie els once. He had aisle, i was middle, my sister was window... My sister got up halfway through the flight to use the bathroom and spilled my ginger ale on his pants. My mom (sitting one row ahead with my dad and baby brother) offered the dry cleaning bill. It was weird, because we were like 10 and 13 or something and he had yet to make it on the tour, so he was just a struggling foreigner. He won the us open a few years later and my sister was like "he's the guy i spilled pop on"... -
Drew Bledsoe and the Philadelphia Eagles
Corp000085 replied to Rubes's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
and a pre emptive comeback for the drew appologists regarding "well, there was no running game" argument: Drew didn't put the team on his shoulders and carry them. A 13 year vet with 30000+ (could it even be 35000+) yards that doesn't put the team on his shoulders needs to be on the next train out of here. I just hope they do what they have to do to bledsoe with class, so he doesn't badmouth the franchise. That could hurt us long term. -
after working at red lobster throughout high school and part of college, i agree that they don't feel pain... The thrashing is an automatic nervous reaction... Yes, a nervous reaction, not a pain sensing reaction. At RL, to steam a lobster, its inserted into a dry steamer box, where steam is forced under pressure into the box, killing it almost instantly. No pain. The boiling pot method is a little slower. The squeeling noise is not the lobster screaming in pain, but the sound of water INSIDE the shell boiling and forcing itself out as steam. That lobster is dead between the time that its inserted into the water and when the tongs are let go. Our method of stuffing a lobster involvedflipping it on its back, sticking a knife inbetween its eyes, pressing down till you hit the other shell, and cutting down till the start of the tail, scooping out its guts, putting a scoop of stuffing into the cavity, and baking. That too involved some thrashing around, but rest assured, no pain... I know this because i speak lobster... They have told me that they don't feel pain. I've communicated this to PETA, but they just put bumper stickers all over my SUV and flipped it.
