Brandon was a Ralph guy who eventually worked himself up to being the caretaker of the Bills. There's plenty of reasons why he needs to go. First, he's from the old regime. Second, he's made his mark as the top guy of a losing franchise. Third, Pegula will have his own guy soon enough. Look at Ted black and Tim murray. They are pegula guys. Did Quinn stay on? No. He left. I do suspect Brandon will be gone. He's probably got his golden parachute from the Wilson trust. Heck, I am thinking he was always going to leave after the year.
We will see if he is gone next week. I do suspect he will be gone and a new mgmt team will be ushered in the very same day. As fans, we aren't privvy yet. We will find out soon enough though.
To piggy on the argument, whether Brandon is "only" a marketing guy or not is irrelevant. He was in charge for many years of futility. He is the common thread here. It is time for him to go.
