This dude obviously has no knowledge of his own team's history, or this conversation would not have unfolded as it did. Hilarious that the minute you brought up the winless season he fell back to a baseless personal attack. But my favorite part is when he makes you aware of the BILLS acronym. I certainly haven't heard it hundreds of times during my life already. The last part is a low blow. You don't joke about that stuff.
