    this makes no sense, and will just make it worse. Instead of pursuing cases that are winnable, they'll just take a high volume of cases, hoping for as many hits as possible. Law isn't a hobby, it's a job. These guys are there to make money, and who can blame them?

    It all depends on whether or not he was served in the stadium. To the courts, not to me. As closed minded as this sounds, I've already made up my mind, unless it comes out that the dude was roofied or something else like that happened. I seem to manage to make it back to the car alive after each game... so far.

    It's entirely possible to play clean and hit to to inflict pain at the same time. I don't see the big deal. The problem comes, imo, when players are head hunting, or shooting for the knees, or taking other cheap shots.
