What do you want to see tomorrow?
Yard Monkey replied to EmotionallyUnstable's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would like to see: * McCoy spike the ball on the Eagles logo and flip off the crowd to get those former 500 level Eagle fans really going * TT rush for 100 yards and 2 TD (no pass attempts) * Incognito lose it and I mean sledgehammer on a Ferrari lose it * Boldin flush out the rest of the prima donnas * Hughes hit the over on 2 personal fouls * Lorax play every down in the first Q in all 3 phases * Dareus drop in coverage a bunch of times to work off that body fat * Peterman's wedding ring * Ragland cover some WRs to really see if he has what it takes * Darby play lots of zone coverage * Jeffery Lurie cry to McCoy again about trading him * Schwartz unveil a new hybrid 3-4 scheme to show Rex how to coach D * me cover my $50 bet I just placed in Vegas on Bills with Eagles favored by 4.5 parlayed with Bucs favored by 1 at the half against Marones runnin' jag-offs Go Bills! -
I just got the app notification

Peter King has Hauschka on mind in NFL Rankings MMQB column
Yard Monkey replied to Saxum's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was thinking the same thing. The blocking was atrocious and his trajectory was a bit low....both of which are fairly easy to correct. Carpenter's misses were mental which is way harder to fix...if fixable at all. He was really shanking then like my drives on the golf course....hook one hole and slice the next. Can't just look at the stats for this comparison! -
Ball velocity numbers from Combine are in
Yard Monkey replied to BarleyNY's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Interesting. Tyron threw 50 but I wonder if he somehow throws harder now? Here is a good analysis on QB velocities since '08 http://rotoviz.com/2016/04/does-ball-velocity-tell-us-anything-about-qb-success-rates/?hvid=3XXMPT -
Wondering if the team leaders also weighed in (pun intended) that he needed to go...was a problem in the locker room, etc. That will probably stay in the locker room with the players and we may never hear that part

Fitz calls his shot -Update Signed w/Jets
Yard Monkey replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
How much cap room do they have to sign him now that Wilkerson is signed? -
Raiders looking to move to Las Vegas?
Yard Monkey replied to mellaman101's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So will they drop the Raiders and go with Locomotives? They should given the storied championship history of the Locomotives vs the Raiders -
Good. Any more appeal avenues?

Great post! Agree with all of your pound except for pulling/benching Mario. I think that was a great move. He is your highest paid player. Let him go out there and earn that money he is f'n making...,and when he didn't, all of his teammates, fans and 31 GMs in the league (apparently Miami GM wasn't paying attention) have a whole season of film to watch of him quitting. I also can almost assure it was an organizational decision going all the way to the top to let it play out that way...not just Rex. Everyone knew he quit. If he was benched or cut, Mario could have just pointed to how he was f'd over and that he would have had double digit sacks and wouldn't let him play, but Rex and the new coaching staff had it out for him...etc. he probably would have had several teams line up that would have bought it and have him a bigger deal in that scenario.

Could Bills draft QB in 1st Round and trade Tyrod?
Yard Monkey replied to bisonbrigade's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Kind of where I was intending to go with the last point. They certainly need someone to compete for #2&3. They do appear to be showcasing and maybe even leaking details of interest in round one prospects -
Could Bills draft QB in 1st Round and trade Tyrod?
Yard Monkey replied to bisonbrigade's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm not ready to give into the unlikely scenario they will actually draft a QB in the first round. Assuming this is a smoke screen, what are the likely reasons? * motivation for Tyrod * deterrent to Tyrod's agent for negotiations * throw off other teams regarding their intentions on draft day * learn more about the delta between top prospects and mid-late round prospects they are more likely to draft Some combination? All of the above? Other options? -
NFL.com: Bills #1 need in draft is OT
Yard Monkey replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Says the guy who sides with a guy who quit on his teammates and the fans. Cutting Mario had NOTHING to do with ego. Mario made sure he would be cut all by himself and Ryan left him out in the field to show it to the whole world. Not going to even comment on the rest of the drivel but sounds like we should all hide out in our bunkers like you as it will be a rough year. Yea, right.... -
Doug Marone - Still not a Head Coach
Yard Monkey replied to DallasBillsFan1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agreed. It took Mularkey over a decade to get another HC job (the interim HC jobs aside) -
The MMQB: Is Tyrod Taylor "The Guy"?
Yard Monkey replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
huh? In addition to being a film room junkie, he is a workout warrior. Not sure he can put much more bulk in without it impacting 2 KEY areas that are critical: his throwing capability and his elusiveness. Unfortunately he just has a slimmer build and is not ideal height...which is probably the biggest reason he dropped to the 6th round http://m.tmz.com/#gallery/2015/11/12/nfls-tyrod-taylor-sexy-instagram-snapshots-photos/images/2015/11/05/1105-tyrod-taylor-shirtless04-jpg/ -
Jets game plan: let Bills beat themselves
Yard Monkey replied to BILLS02138's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree on Clay being a big part, as well. He was a big part of the first Miami game and you could see them focusing on him (and the run) in the 2nd which left Sammy in single coverage. Woods, Hogan and Shady on swings out of the backfield will also be big -
Before that he played Right Wing for the San Francisco Giants back in the 1870's

Everything was clear and in full HD with no chop for me. Much better than my local Fox channel which is heavily compressed and 720p at best

Looks like 31 before the start of the 2013 season so 2 weeks still to go for this season. (yes, technically the next 2 weeks are no longer considered "camp" - so what are the next 2 weeks called? ) http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/2015/8/26/9210063/nfl-preseason-shortened-acl-knee-injuries-orlando-scandrick-jordy-nelson
