The trade sounds good, not sure of the pick- only because IMHO it goes against the concept of picking projects with high picks. It also depends on whether or not "the man" thinks of EJ as a project. I think "the man" does. Hi.

Two first rounders would be awesome, gaining a second and possibly something else woul be slightly under awesome. This way we can get a QB and make up for whatever reach/deficiency/issues they have with another hole being filled. Right now, after hearing and watching everything, either Manuel/Barkley/Nassib would be fine. They all have thier own unique plus-minuses, and either one would at least bring something we need.

This may sound odd, but taking Nassib AND getting another 2nd is a good deal. Just taking Nassib at 8 without an extra pick? Not so much. Barkley throws like a girl and the "raw talent- needs development" qb's like Manuel scare me. Do those types really ever pan out?

Idk, He can throw the motherf$%@k out of a football, has some touch, and is more of a tough leader type than a cocky Losman type. Theres always going to be an interest in that. He has to dial the arm down a notch, and settle down in the pocket. The issue is whether or not he just wants to make a play, or if he is skittish.

If anything, I'd say Nassib need to tone it down a bit, he's trying to zip everything. I think his throwing motion has more to do with trying to gun everything. He does get rid if the ball very quickly which is like a 90 plus mph lefty- they will always get chance in the big leagues. So yeah, if he really is a late first- second rounder, I wouldn't complain if they tried I get him there- as long as they don't use thier first rounder to get there.
