  1. Even this chart is outdated now. I guess that proves your point more.
  2. Upcoming headline: "Welcome Brady F%ing Quinn!" You think I'm kidding?
  3. if by that you mean the AFC north then yes. Absolutely. My first recollection of watching a football game on TV was 1973 so I know about the Dolphins. The problem is that a rivalry takes two to tango, and to be blunt, no one else in the AFCE gives a crap about Buffalo anymore.

  5. I will say he's the one coach that's been through here that I want to succeed the most. He's definately doi something right because I haven't seen this team compete like this in years.
  6. There is a feeling of bring on the brink of something good, there are just these setbacks that won't let the team advance. Still, I don't remember a year like this ever, and 'ever' ( or to be exact remembering watching football) for me goes back to '73.
  7. Maybe with a threat to his job, EJ might learn to slide now.
  8. Going with someone who has won a reg season game over someone who has not . Not exactly throwing in the towel yet
  9. Actually makes sense. He has played in the reg season
  10. I like the thought of Pat White here a lot, but I hate it under the current situation. Perhaps there is a feeling that EJ will be back sooner than later. Fingers crossed on that
  11. Not sure any balls were dropped on Buffalo's end. Freeman, oth, either dropped the ball on a chance to start or he thought his long term chances were better in Minnesota, or he got better money in Minnesota, which is fine. I wouldn't crack the vault even a little bit for him either.
  12. So he wears 2 then. Next.
  13. Me thinks that Ralph just got "back in the game".
  14. It would be hard to convince them or their fans on this, but The Baltimore/Pittsburgh thing always had more of a reflection of their current success than a true rivalry anyway. Once they both are not winning big at the same time, that thing will die off. The Ravens need the high profile attention. Let them go to the big market high profile East, they will fit in perfectly. A true rivalry: GB/Chicago. Well, that whole division. Records never mattered.
  15. A lot fans in NE might say yes. Look at it from the perspective of the rest of the division. If Buffalo was to leave the AFCE tomorrow for the North, what would the rest of the AFCE think? If the majority of the answers are either: "who cares" or "boo, there goes the easy win", then there were no rivalries there, and it's worth the move to the North with its more relatable - to- Buffalo cities.
  16. Regardless of thier records as of late, Buffalo has no commonality at all with the rest of the AFCE. The fans of the rest of the division don't consider Buffalo at all. Buffalo not being in the north is a mistake, and Buffalo has suffered from it.
  17. I thought EJ was playing well. The game was this wierd succession of unanswered points by both teams, and EJ looked like he was on his way to taking his turn again on another run of points when he took that hit.
  18. What it means is that with a QB rating of zero, we can finally put the Jeff Tuel era to rest. It'll suck without Mario, but I'm more than ready for John Skelton to stop the insanity and lead us into the Toronto Bills era.
  19. Buffalo had two injured running backs at that time.
  20. He also lost his wingman- serious red flag.
  21. I'll take Jimmy Spagnola's deal over the endless sea of retards here all day long
  22. I'll just add that I saw Merton Hanks get his ass toasted in his rookie year, and he ended up ok. Not to compare the two at all, but I wouldn't give up on Rogers just yet.
  23. I've seen enough to have some patience with the whole thing. Not that anythings guaranteed but still
  24. Yes, true. But to play devils advocate, Carolina was acting very Buffaloish after the loss last week too.
