  1. Mario's fridge Hunting deers
  2. Blaming Carroll is ridiculous. Blame the Bills offense, defense, special teams, and coaching. It was all around suckitude and they deserved what they got.
  3. Martz was angling for a signed Fitz gameday jockstrap all day with his commentary. I hope Fitz can at least make his dreams come true.
  4. I don't recall him being the holder during the Miami game. Was this new this week? Hopefully it means TJax will finally get activated and Thigpen will be released. It's tiring knowing from the opening kickoff that in a close game Fitz is going to literally throw the game away. Praying for an end to the Fitz era within the next few weeks!
  5. Mock drafts with 6 regular season weeks to go are an even larger waste of time than mock drafts after the season ends.
  6. Anyone else notice that Manning audibled to a play named "Buffalo" (which you could clearly hear him call 3 times) about mid-way through the 4th quarter? It resulted in a run of about 20 yards through the defense. I found it very fitting. I turned the volume up after that, in hopes of hearing the defense yelling "Fitzpatrick", to be followed by a horrifically thrown pass behind a receiver resulting in an interception.
  7. Almost 71. His tenure might get flipped faster than starting quarterbacks have on this team.
  8. It wouldn't surprise me one bit to see the Bills trade Byrd for Derek Hagan. It's exactly what I have come to expect from this organization.
  9. I do know of a $10 car that the Bills paid $60 million for. $24 mil of which was guaranteed...
  10. I've been reading this board on and off since 1999. Haven't posted since around 2001 and my old screen name no longer worked. Thanks for caring.
  11. Belinda is used when the title of the post says it all. It goes way back to around the first few years of this board and if I recall correctly, it was used in jest to a poster named Belinda who got upset when there was no text in the post itself,
  12. Wait. We have a defensive front line? I'm gonna watch the tape back with super slow motion to try and spot them.
  13. Has the team even left for it's 2 game swing yet?
  14. I definitely saw a lot of Bills fan representing in Candlestick yesterday. I overheard at least half a dozen SF fans commenting, with pity in their voices, on how many there were. I guess it really is hard to believe that Buffalo has football fans, after all, they don't even have a football team.
  15. Buffalo Bills alter ego Oz personalities: Dorothy: Ryan Fitzpatrick - He throws like a girl wearing ruby slippers. No offense to girls who throw better than him (ie. most girls). Scarecrow: Chan Gailey - If he only had a brain…maybe a big Harvard brain, because that sure seems to help. Cowardly Lion: Dave Wannstedt - Courage needed. Blitz more than once a game! Tin Man: Mario Williams - Still looking for a heart. Wicked Witch of the West: Roger Goodell - For scheduling games the team has to play in. Totally an evil thing to do. Wicked Witch of the East: Dave Wannsteadt (talented enough to have 2) - Because I would like to see a house dropped on him! Glinda the Good Witch: CJ Spiller - Perhaps the only player on the team sprinkled with a little magical pixy dust. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Toto: Leodis McKelvin - A dog couldn't cover anyone either, but they can run really fast while carrying a ball. Flying Monkeys: Entire Bills Defense - They fly all over the field , but WTF do they actually do? At least a monkey could eat someone's face off. The Wizard: Buddy Nix - A genius. Obviously, a genius. The Munchkins: Rian Lindell and John Potter - Because it's always more amusing to have more little guys around than should be needed.
  16. Section LR 16, Row 5. Upset time!
  17. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/10/03/tarvaris-jackson-expected-to-remain-no-3-all-season/ From Chan's own mouth, Tarvaris isn't expected to rise above 3rd string this season. THIS SEASON! The Bills org spent $1.75 Million for a 1 year contract and traded away a draft pick (a 7th, but moves up to a 6th if he is active for 6 games) for a 3rd string QB. Sound move! Thank you, Buffalo Bills, for once again proving that you are who we thought you were.
  18. Ray Lewis plead guilty to obstruction of justice, not murder. Sorry, it had to be done!
  19. Not spelling it right once adds to the insult. Not spelling it right 3 times in 1 post like the OP did, well...
  20. In hindsight, this thread is even more amusing now than before: http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/150161-mr-100-million-was-much-better-today/ I can't wait for the rationalization this time.
  21. I'm not sure what your definition of "legitimate threat" is, but if the Bills win and KC loses to SD, the Bills wins will be against opponents who combined have 2 wins and 10 losses. All that means is Buffalo is capable of beating teams that are among the worst performing in the league. If the Bills pull out a win at SF, ARZ, or Houston, then maybe it's time to start calling them a "legitimate threat".
  22. To bad he won't be able to handle playing left tackle in the NFL. Where are those draft experts now?
  23. Ron White...funnier than any 3 that have already been mentioned combined.
  24. Great win today! Very good play all around except for Fitz. This isn't a topic about the players, though. I was a bit shocked with the stadium being *so* empty with 5 minutes left to play, though. With a much needed win after last weeks putrid performance, I was hoping a LARGE crowd would have stuck around to give our boys a huge round of applause. The stadium sounded loud for much of the day, but a cheering, standing ovation at the end would have been a great way to close the game out. I realize people want to try and beat the crowd, but it has to be weird from the players perspective to have the stadium almost cleared out after playing a dominating game with so much time left on the clock. Sure, sitting through garbage time isn't nearly as exciting as a close game, which I am sure more people would have stuck around for. But, wouldn't you rather see a dominating performance like today, than a squeaker the team may not be able win in the end? So, why leave after they do a great job and tear their opponent apart? Yes, the players get paid to play this game. It's their job to go out there, regardless of the crowd size. But, if they look up after a win and see a full stadium and hear the crowd roar, they remember that. That memory could end up being enough for individuals to reach down deeper when a game is on the line and come up with a herculean effort to get back to that feeling. Every little bit counts. Go Bills!
