What the Bills need is coaches who are capable of coming up with better game plans than last week and who are able to make adjustments to whats happening on the field.

I thought Fitz was a much better QB before the team gave him his 59 million dollar contract. Since signing that contract, how many games has he won?

So the Bills plan on being more aggressive which to me means more costly penalties. Lets see if I'm right.

Nothing like a good humiliating loss to get everyone fired up to do what they should have done on opening day. The season is young. Hopefully the team will give us something to get excited about in up coming games. If the Bills only win two games this year and both wins come against the Patriots, then the Bills will have satisfied me. You see, I'm not that hard to please.

I would love to see the Bills line up in a three wide receiver formation with Freddie Jackson at running back - Stevie Johnson at WR along with TJ Graham and Donald Jones. Let Stevie and Donald occupy the bulk of the coverage and send Graham deep to beat the Jests coverage for six.

I think the Bills will try to use the speed of TJ Graham on a play or two to see if he can beat the Jets deep while Stevie Johnson keeps Revis occupied. Plus we also have the following offensive weapons to employ 1) Freddie Jackson 2) Scott Chandler 3) Donald Jones 4) CJ Spiller - anyone of these five guys can hurt an opposing team at any given moment

Any pre-game talk is an attempt to see who will bite or to simply be a distracting element

If we win the toss, we go on defense and see if we can pin them back and stop them on 3 downs and get good field advantage on the punt

Yeah, I think we spent enough time nursing Magee. I doubt he can stay healthy long enough to play. We would be better keeping healthy players which are developing. And as far as Brad Smith goes, he never looks like he's putting forth much effort in the plays he's involved in. I don't know how much we are paying him, but it's probably more than he has demonstrated that he is worth

Players need to keep their mouths shut and allow how well they play speak for itself. All mouthing off accomplishes is to fire up your opponents.

Marv Levy gets more credit than he deserves. During four Super Bowls Marv was unable to control his players from mouthing off to the press and media about how they would win the Super Bowl. The Bills mouthed off some heavy crap which opposing teams used to fire up their teams. Most of the success the Bills had can be directly credited to Bill Pollian who also turned the Carolina Panthers, and the Indianapolis Colts into Super Bowl winners.

IMHO - Magee and Brad Smith should have been cut. Magee was a good player when he was healthy but I don't envision him ever making a comeback. I would rather keep a healthy player who can be developed
