    That's what I'm saying. If your plan is to wait another three or four years to make a change you'd be better off trading Allen and just giving up. Because it's gonna take a MINIMUM of two years to turn the mess around, and he'll be far less valuable at 32 than 30.

    How i look at it: What's better? To bring back the 10-12 guys who are holding the team back, swim upstream and struggle for a WC and early exit or take the hit with new management for a year, and come back the following much stronger
