Of course it's the same system for everyone unless you want to live in Russia or China. In the US if you think a verdict is wrong you can appeal to a higher court right up to a very conservative Supreme Court. That is more then fair for Trump whose supporters are paying his legal bills.

Do you think a billionaire who can afford the best lawyers in the world can't appeal any court decision up to the Supreme Court ? Trump has super pacs and supporters sending him millions unlike a average person is that fair to you ?
