  1. I would gamble on EJ at 8 if still there , I would not trade up this year.
  2. It's only fair to give a new coaching staff 3 years to succeed. Injuries last year on a team without depth sounds reasonable. Less stress on the fans if expectations are low for now.
  3. Chicago offered $2 million for 1 year. He wants 5-6 million
  4. How about a new stadium named after him ?
  5. A small increase in sales tax for the 8 WNY counties to fund a new stadium and how about the casinos pitching in. Seneca Nation Stadium ? Whatever it takes to keep the Bills here, I'am for it.
  6. EJ needs a dominate OL to give him time to check down and throw long. He had the arm but not the time at Florida.
  7. Extend CJ and Byrd also
  8. The " Frankenstein Offense " sounds more intimidating then West Coast. It will take time to learn with a new qb and OG. I would be patient, it's the last rebuild till new owner and stadium.
  9. EJ moved up to #2 qb after Geno on Mayock's list, so 8th pick is ok if he is still there.
  10. They will all try to impress the next owner to keep there jobs. Drafting and UDFA are crictical, they need more help finding good players.
  11. Rumor section on bills forum, senior member posts that Marrone wants EJ Manuel with 8th pick
  12. I hope EJ is still there for our 2nd rd pick. I still like a OT in 1st rd since losing Levitre and Rhinehart.
  13. Staying within the cap for a good team is getting more difficult.
  14. They still need to sign Byrd, Spiller and Wood long term or trade them, or they too could walk when there contracts are up. Mario and Flacco with big contracts leaves less pie for the rest.
  15. Marrone was a OL man so he will make these calls. No one knows Nassib's worth better then him. We have to wait and see.
  16. QB is very hard to predict. Brady helped win the Orange Bowl for U Michigan and was a 6th rd pick. I st picks overall can be busts.
  17. Sign Byrd to a long term contract now or trade him now.
  18. The year before a contract expires, negotiate a new one. If the player wants too much, trade him for a draft pick at least ,don't let him walk. If you don't want to resign a player, then let him play out his contract and walk.
  19. 4 years $12 million, $4.6 guaranteed http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/9047503/buffalo-bills-sign-free-agent-lb-manny-lawson
  20. list for 2014 draft class http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/players.php?genpos=QB&draftyear=2014&sortorder=tsxpos&order=ASC
  21. Darrius Heyward-Bey was set to make $10 million next year. Way too much, but good size and speed . http://www.silverandblackpride.com/2013/3/13/4101394/darrius-heyward-bey-speaks-for-first-time-since-release-from-oakland-raiders
  22. Extend good players like Spiller and Wood now, not wait for them to test market or trade them, not let them walk like Levitre did.
  23. Amendola was undrafted in 2008, went to cowboys practice squad then eagles before claimed by rams. I can't imagine paying him $6 million a year. I must be missing something.
  24. If we build a dominate OL , it can make a average rb and qb good. That's why I would take a OT with 8th pick or trade it for both the Vikings 1st picks.
  25. Let the FA's stay out there long enough to be more reasonable on contracts. I like that we have more cap space . 1 player Mario takes more then 10% of cap alone. look how the Ravens have to let starters go.
