    I think there should be a fair salary cap for veterans at each position. Greed can get out of control to fast. $20 million + for a good qb takes a big bite out of the salary cap to pay other players on the team.

    If Milliner is still there at #8, bills will get good trade offers. I think he's gone before our pick. Jets might want to replace Revis or a SB close team.

    If he doesn't sign with the bills long term now, trade him instead of him walking away after next season.

    Jets made out great, they were in salary cap trouble. They get a 1st rd 13th pick + 3rd or 4th rd on condition. They can draft a good CB for much less. I wish the bills could get a similar deal for a more healthy Byrd. If i were Tampa ,I would have traded up in the draft to get Milliner for a lot less money.

    Thanks taC giB ehT very interesting edge or disadvantage teams get. When your in a playoff race it could make a difference.
