This is the second play from scrimmage Sunday. Looks like Woods might have a step or two on his man as he crosses the 40 yard line! Tyrod scrambles and still doesn't see him.. But throws a nice 5 yard pass to Reggie, which he turns into an 18 yard gain... Clay has been open ALL year. He should be having a monster season. Here he is college open running a deep cross at the 12 yard line. I can't remember the outcome of the play, but I know he didn't get the look. This is the play where Tyrod gets Percy tatted because he stares him down the entire play. But notice Clay running away from everyone wide open on the top part of the field. These aren't the only plays he missed on the field Sunday, they are just the biggest. I like Tyrod and am pulling for him to make the jump, but I'm not sure that's in the cards. Every game I look over, there are guys running all over the field open. Yes, even our scrub WR's. Buffalo could be flat out killing teams if they had even average QB play.

Refs are and have been a joke for a long time. NFL needs full time officiating from the booth. Why the F not??? Belichick is right, every play should be reviewable. They should have a full time crew reviewing plays in real time. That is the solution. It wouldn't slow the game down, it would speed it up. So the morons on the field don't have to have a 5 min discussion on something we can see on tv in 15 seconds. It's a freaking joke.

Thanks again Boce. Good work. I'd like to see Tyrod do a little more pre snap also. Here it seems the route combination would work well with Butler playing off of Powell here close to the 5 yard line. There is direct pressure up the middle and Tyrod scrambles and throws it away. But if he recognizes this pre snap, it looks like it would be an easy touchdown.

I am pulling for Tyrod. But after every time I watch the All 22, I don't think he can be the guy. He has guys open, but is just not finding them. He lacks anticipation, which IMO is very, if not the most important quarterback trait. Plays like this drive me nuts. He has Clay college open for a touchdown and even appears to be looking at him, but does not throw it. He tucked the ball and ran back into the line for no gain. Buffalo went on to score a few plays later, so this missed opportunity didn't hurt as bad. But there are more missed chances like this than I'd like to see from a starting quarterback.
