  1. Agreed on LBs being overachievers last year. Rewatched the Houston game and paid close attention to Preston Brown every defensive snap. Seems to play kind of small. Gets bodied around and almost seems kind of a punk. Never thought of Preston as a dirty player, but sort of reminded me a little of Donte Whitner in demeanor. I'm thinking LB is top position in need of upgrade.
  2. One thing I will say is I really wish they had more quick checks to Sammy. It was 3rd and 5 and it was bunch formation to the right with Sammy by himself on the left. DB is playing him about 7 yards off. Quick slant or hitch would have been a gimme 1st down. But Tyrod rolls right and throws incomplete.
  3. If you can't bang your girlfriend in the parking lot after a win, what the hell can you do?
  4. Haha you can plug a bunch of scrubs in there too. How'd Trent Edwards start off?
  5. Illegal contact/def holding should NOT be automatic first down.
  6. Rats, he's a huge part of what they like to do. That would be huge if he can't go.
  7. Where did you see a replay?Ok I just rewatched the replay. Graham did hold on the play. Good call there.
  8. NFL officiating is complete garbage. With all of the video and replay capabilities, it would be very easy to come up with a better system. Kind of like the security system of Best Buy. But instead, let's have a bunch of fools running around, making morons out of themselves. Can someone please make a facebook page or something, called NFL CHUMPires so people from all teams can really bring attention this joke of an officiating system?
  9. And I don't think you should pin this loss on the coaches. No, they weren't crisp and didn't manage timeouts very well. But I felt the gameplan was sound. They ran the ball and played good D. Gameplan was good enough win. TT once again left plays on the field. And then Leodis happened. Coaching B- Tyrod C-
  10. Ok I've seen a few times referenced here that Leodis fumbled twice before getting put back out there on his last return that he bobbled. Help me out, I can only think of the one around the 30. And everyone is saying Gilmore was the cb on the inadvertent whistle play. Was it not Darby?
  11. Sort of a double edged sword. Not many turnovers, but also leading the league in 3 and outs. Maybe being overly careful with the football. He tends to only throw if the receiver is college open, rather than throwing a guy open.
