  1. Worth it to pay to park at someone's house across the street. The shuttle lines are super long and then it's a long drive. Was not worth it. We missed the beginning of practice and then it was a long wait again after practice
  2. First pic of Eli Apple in his new Dolphins uni
  3. But I was told he has long arms
  4. Ramsey is trash. I want him on the field so he can be exposed twice per year
  5. Pretty sure that's only in Cleveland
  6. Shakir fans going to be sad this year. I don't think he sees the field much. They seem intent on making Harty a thing with screens and end-arounds and they had Kincaid in there with Knox a lot which says a lot for a rookie to be running with the 1's day one. They had Sherfield in the slot too.
  7. Ownership is going to instead funnel the money through his company TB24... Oh wait, that was the Pats and Brady
  8. The point is it's not worth it to try and go 14-3 and get home field and meanwhile everyone on your team is worn out or injured. Nobody remembers if the Patriots won the AFC East only that they won super bowls
  9. Don't care as long as we win the Super Bowl. If we are 10-7 and a wildcard team I doubt anyone is going to think they have an easy win over the Bills come playoff time assuming everyone is healthy
  10. I've been carrying my shield plus. I use my enigma holster and that thing disappears and I forget I even have it. Thinking about selling a bunch of my other ones and maybe trying some other micro 9's like the P365 that everyone seems to love etc.
  11. He has nothing on Diggs who allegedly had 2 Valentine's dates in different rooms at the same hotel. Diggs would have a 99 rating if he could pull that off
  12. Hurts isn't better than Josh Allen lol. He's Tua minus the injuries. He's a limited player who they don't ask to do too much
  13. Congratulations on winning the off-season. Rex would be proud!
  14. Nobody in that division can talk - Bengals - Joe Mixon extension. Pacman works in their media dept. Browns - Watson sexually assaults 26 women and gets the most guaranteed $ in NFL history. Steelers - Big Ben forced his Big Ben on at least 2 women we know of. Ravens - Ray Lewis accomplice to murder and they built a statue of him in front of the stadium minus the bloody suit coat.
  15. I'm guessing it was more than the original $200 offer
  16. Daniel Jones isn't good. It is what it is. He was due a contract and it was either pay him or rebuild. Lamar is 1 injury away from being Teddy Bridgewater. He's good because he can run but once he can't anymore he will just be a below average passer. It's only a matter of time. Rodgers will implode if the Jets aren't good. Their OL isn't great, it could go very poorly. Carr will probably be the best of the bunch. He's above average and that division is garbage. 9 wins could get them into the playoffs which is good enough for that team to stay happy.
  17. Salary cap and slotting have nothing to do with it. A RB's value is low because there's an unlimited supply of them and there is a limited lifespan. Similar to production type businesses, RB's would be considered consumables. They are only good for so long and then they need to be replaced. If you spent all of your resources on a consumable you would be out of business pretty fast. Teams buy RB's in bulk. Every team has like 4-5 of them ready to go at all times. The usefulness of a RB drops off after that 1st contract. And the use case for a RB is increasingly more and more limited as the league has evolved to a more pass oriented attack. It's not a high value position. *IF* a RB can prove their value (CMC instantly made the 49ers better and adds value as a pass catcher) then they will get paid accordingly. Barkley proved his value but also gets a knock due to his injury history. He only played 2 full seasons in 4 years. If his services were in such high demand you would see teams beating down the Giants door to try and trade for him but they are not. They know they can get 8/10 Barkley performance for 1/10 the price from a rookie. It's just good business.
  18. If the fry guy is making fries so good that's the reason people are coming there to eat then they will promote that guy. But the fry guy is an unskilled worker that can be replaced in 2 seconds with another unskilled worker and maybe for less money. You must not understand how the world works and I feel sorry for you. Please try again
  19. Right, you need to take a finance class. You don't know the difference between after taxes and before taxes. Don't worry, most people are bad with money. They purposely don't teach it in school because schools create employees. 99% of this board won't make in their entire life of working what these RB's make in 1 year. No matter what your job is, you are paid based on your value. If these RB's are so valuable as you say, then the team would have no choice but to pay them what they want. The fact is, they are not and can be easily replaced by a younger and hungrier runner for much cheaper.
  20. You need to go back to school or take a finance class if you don't think you can survive on $15 mil before taxes lol
  21. Don't give the real Josh any ideas. He might try that in an actual game
  22. Boo hoo, millionaires mad they are only making $10 mil per year instead of $15 mil. What a bunch of babies! If you don't like it get a new job, it's a free country. Oh wait, you can't make that much money in a "normal job"? I guess you have it pretty good then! Seriously this is absolutely embarrassing and more people need to call out this type of behavior. You get paid what your value is no matter what the job is. There's literally thousands of people that would be willing to take their spot if they don't like it. How many good college RB's never even get a shot at the NFL? We see it every preseason. Some no name player has an amazing few games then we never hear from them again. I'm sure they would be happy making 1/10th what these guys are complaining about. RB's are a dime a dozen. Chiefs just won the Super Bowl with a 7th rounder. It's not a position of value so you get paid what the market is.
  23. All of these players online complaining about not paying RB's...SHADDUP! If they had value, they would get paid, simple as that. They never live up to the big contracts and they have a short shelf life. You can easily get one in the later rounds and pay them next to nothing. It makes no sense to give them huge deals. It's as dumb as the pay women athletes the same as men arguments. Why? Because you say so? That's not how the world works. If you prove your value, you get paid. If you don't, then you don't!
