It was a good spot in our schedule to have this game but I don't have the Raiders winning more than 3-4 games this year. I think tempered enthusiasm is needed. But you can only play the team on your schedule and you have to beat the bad teams so it was a good win and we are on to Washington

Need new coaches around him, not yes men who don't want to hurt Joshy's feelings. Tua and Hurts are not as good but they are winning because they run the play as called. Very efficient. Mahomes has the most creative plays and his guys are typically wide open. It starts with good coaching and the discipline to efficiently run the play. When you are running around in chaos then it's not a surprise that the outcome is often chaos!

So California was wrong (again) and Florida was right (again). Go figure. My company was THIS close to firing people that would not get the vaccine. They definitely made us register our vaccine status like how the nazi's registered the Jews or like how NY is registering "assault rifles" now. The only reason to register is so that you are easy to find. I feel bad for the people that did lose their jobs and I think they would have a pretty good case to sue for back wages at this point! 1. It's not a mystery. He does dumb things. He thinks it's ok because sometimes he gets away with it. The coaching staff must be making him think it's ok to do these things when it's clearly not. If he keeps playing like this then coaches are going to lose their job. They should probably take an interest in correcting the problem imo

If Daboll gets fired he won't be coming back unless it's as head coach. There were murmurs that him and McDermott weren't getting along and he was out of here even if he didn't get a head coaching job. But if both teams keep playing like they did this past weekend, it could be a possibility that both are looking for new jobs (though highly unlikely as both have earned some leeway).
