  1. This policy is singling out and grouping people solely by their skin color, aka segregation. I can tell you from experience that my friend felt like an absolute piece of poo getting invited to the "coloreds only" group at our office. Very demeaning. Leftists think they are helping and they are just making things worse with their divisive tactics. They seem to think they are superior to other groups and so they need to help them in some way. How absolutely offensive!
  2. Quick story but a few years ago my friend at work was all excited because he was admitted to a new program for what he believed was for people with management potential. He was like wow my boss is really finally taking notice of my good work. He gets to the first group meeting and is saddened to see it's all people of color and the only reason he was chosen was because of his skin color. So then he's wondering if his manager only sees him as a person of X ethnicity rather than a good worker. Pretty sad and he no longer works where I work. DEI is RACIST
  3. You don't think there's anything wrong with segregation or hiring or promoting people based only on skin color? Sounds pretty racist to me. What is this the 1950's?
  4. DEI is the absolute definition of racism. End of story. Anyone who judges someone on the color of the person's skin is a racist and should be in jail in my opinion
  5. Our best bet is that Dolphins have already clinched the playoffs and have no home field advantage anyhow so does seeding really matter? If anyone is banged up maybe they decide not to rush them back so they are ready for the playoffs
  6. Again, Bills will miss unless they win next week. Whatever garbage formula you are looking at doesn't consider that Baltimore is playing their backups vs Pittsburgh
  7. Are we 100% sure he didn't murder someone? That would really kill our locker room vibe
  8. The solution is simple. A female division and an "Open" division where everyone can compete except that it will likely be 99.99% male
  9. I have a lot of friends who are Pats fans. If you laugh about how bad they are the always say the same thing: 6 rings. Not sure what that has to do with how absolutely pathetic this team is now. Hopefully the rumors aren't true and Belichick stays there another 5+ years because I would be worried if they actually had a good offensive minded coach/GM and a top QB in the draft.
  10. So you would take the Ravens 2nd and 3rd string over Pittsburgh? Whatever formula you are looking at is not considering that
  11. Don't look at the overall probability, look at each game individually and choose a winner as if you were betting on the game. You will end up with the Bills out of the playoffs
  12. All of those outcomes are favorites in their game except Pittsburgh at Seattle and you are putting your trust in Geno Smith? Mason Rudolph's offense looked a lot better last week than what Trubisky could do. If Ravens beat Miami, which is likely and what everyone here is cheering for, then Ravens clinch #1 seed and rest starters week 18 vs Pittsburgh and Steelers win out so if the Bills don't beat Miami they are out.
  13. He's busy saving the world 🌎
  14. Zach Wilson, beats the Bills gets benched Mac Jones, beats the Bills gets benched Russel Wilson, beats the Bills gets benched How is it that the Bills are the highlight of the season for these bums?
  15. No that's why I'm saying what am I missing. When I put in Bills win this week and lose next week but Pittsburgh winning out then Pittsburgh is in for what I see a very likely scenario where Ravens are resting starters. Not sure, oh well I'll take everyone's word for it!
  16. Put it into the simulator. Pittsburgh beats Seattle, Ravens beat Miami, Ravens clinch and sit starters week 18 and Pittsburgh wins against Ravens backups as a result. If Bills lose to Miami they are out of the playoffs.
  17. If Ravens beat Miami they clinch #1 seed and Lamar and the starters will rest week 18 vs Steelers which means easy W for Pittsburgh. So basically if Bills don't win out they don't make the playoffs if I'm reading this right
  18. I want to see them go on a nice 3 game losing streak and then have to pay Tua $60 mil per season and need to dismantle that team. They were spending like crazy when they didn't have to pay a QB. Now let's see what happens when they have to pay Tua and Waddle
  19. So if the Patriots missed a 56 yard fg tonight and the Broncos were in the playoffs over us would they really belong in the mix? If you say yes then I think that's "cringworthy" personally. But that's the way the world works. Lots of different opinions and perspectives
  20. No I'm talking about the team that lost to Zach Wilson opening night of the season after the team's real QB got hurt. The team that lost to MAC JONES who is now 3rd string on a team so bad that Belichick is getting fired. The team that should have lost to Tyrod Taylor but the refs didn't call the most obvious pass interference of the season. And let's be honest, they DID lose to KC. If Toney wasn't a moron and had a size 9 shoe instead of 11 we would already be out of the playoff race. Maybe Josh can flop some more because that's the only way we are getting key first downs lately. This is not a good team if you are being honest with yourself and not a homer. GO BILLS?
  21. That sounds like a personal attack on someone for simply having a different opinion. I think there are forum rules against name calling but I see that only enforced if you are on a certain side of the argument. Funny how that works
  22. Even by Bills fans delusions I don't think that's enough to be better than Aaron Rodgers. He won NFL MVP 2 times since Josh has been in the league let alone the decade before that where he won 2 more and a super bowl
