Preston will play but doesn't have the athleticism to stay on the field at wlb.
Yates not only will make the team, he might be the starter by the end of the year. He knows the offense
The Sammy pick is bigger than the EJ pick. Sammy was 110% Whaley and we aren't even going to pick up his 5th year option. Then no first the next year then when we do get a first we use it on a guy that's injured and is out most of the season and we seemed to be the only team that didn't know about it. Whaley did well in free agency and later rounds of the draft but not so hot when it came to the high profile picks
Trade back, trade back, trade back, trade back. Have 12 picks for next year including 2 first and 2 seconds. They zeroed in on guys they liked and traded up when they got nervous someone was going to take them instead of sitting back and taking bpa
At least he tried to do things differently. Doing the same old same old wasn't getting us anywhere. He took some chances but unfortunately for him it didn't pay off. Never give up 2 firsts for a non-QB. That seems like common sense.
If you are dumb enough to get caught doing stuff off the field then you aren't smart enough to be on the field. Do you think we had boy scouts on the team during the super bowl era? They were just smart and kept it under wraps so as to not embarrass the team and be a distraction. Put the team first and you can't go wrong
I wonder if the Bills were the front runners for Chad Kelly had he not been picked. After the Peterman pick Chad would have been a long shot to make the roster anyhow
TJ Yates is our backup. Its between Cardale and this guy now to see who makes the cut. It will be close. Cardale is a wildcard. He looks like he has no idea what he's doing 90% of the time, he's just running around back there like a chicken with his head chopped off but he does make some plays I'll give him that much. I think Peterman is more stable, more of a sure thing. A sure thing career backup but someone you can at least rely on.
