    The players didn't buy in to Marrone. They aren't buying in with Wrex. Maybe it's not the coach that's the problem. Maybe it's the players. There's a serious lack of leadership, accountability, and maturity.

We have like 4 players on defense that shouldn't even be in the NFL. We have no right offensive line. We have no TE. We have no 2nd or 3rd WR. It is what it is. These were glaring holes that were not addressed
