I predicted a score of 23-17 Denver so not dominating us, I just had a complete lack of faith in our offense. Never did I think Denver was some kind of great team. They are wild card hopefulls. Their ceiling is 10 wins but they are probably going to have 8-9. They don't have a QB and you can't win in this league without one. Like I said, beat a tough team with a QB like Atlanta and then we can talk. To do so we need a completely different offense to show up. We might have a good D but Matt Ryan tears up zone defenses. If we won a game like that I would gladly eat some crow

People can do whatever they want and people can react to it however they want. Both sides have the freedom to express themselves so I wish they would stop talking about it!

If you thought that about Denver then good for you but most did not feel that way and they definitely don't now if they did. Denver is without question the 3rd best team in their division. KC and Raiders are much better teams. This is Siemian's 2nd year and he's a nobody. He basically handed us that game. Just like us QB play is Denver's achilles heel. Neither of us can compete with the teams with QB's

I think the point the OP is making is although we played well, Denver made a ton of dumb uncharacteristic mistakes and without those maybe it's a different outcome. So pump the brakes on us being a good team all of a sudden. It's a long season and we haven't even played the tough teams yet

Imo if you look a little deeper it's about him connecting with a community he's never felt a part of. He grew up in a white family in a well to do white suburb. His first exposure to black culture was in college and he saw he didn't fit in. So he joined an all black fraternity to the surprise of a lot of his teammates. His fraternity influenced a lot of his current beliefs and they have a history of activism. He felt different growing up as a person of color in an all white suburb, felt different in college not fitting in with his teammates, he just really wants to fit in somewhere. It's tough growing up an orphan feeling unwanted. Add to that feeling different your whole life being biracial and not fitting in with any one group. Makes you try harder to fit in. Or maybe he really just wants to change the world even though he has never been oppressed himself.

He did what he needed to do today. He still can't put up 300+ yards in the air and keep up with teams like Atlanta and NE. He is what he is and this isn't any special performance that we haven't seen from him in the past. This is his ceiling and luckily we didn't need anything more from him thanks to the way our defense played

He played better than he has and did what they asked of him. Let's not get too crazy though. He only had 200 yards passing. Brady had half that on the final drive of the game alone. We will see next week that we still need a QB to keep up with teams that have one

Haven't missed Dareus at all. Easy decision to dump him. Lorax has surprised me. I don't know how he's so quick for an old man that came into the league as an OL 12 years ago. It's pretty nuts. Poyer has been the MVP so far. Gaines plays the zone perfectly. Tre White held his own against the bigger Thomas today. Hyde has been the leader in the secondary and Kyle Williams up front and they have everyone playing really well. It's pretty crazy how quickly they have all come together and played so well so far
