this is definitely not a tank but you better believe that a new GM and a new coach with all new positional coaches will want "their" guys and we are in a rebuild until our roster has those guys. Rex was overconfident in thinking his scheme was the end all be all and it didn't matter that he didn't have the correct personnel to run it because the scheme is more important than the players which is completely idiotic! the players make the plays and once you are out there it's all instinct. so this isn't a tank. call it a "rebuild" or "re-tooling" or whatever you want to call it. but it will take a few years to get the right players so hopefully they give McBeane enough time to finish their "process"

they heard the Jets were tanking and the Bills had 2 firsts and they decided they would rather make $0 and go to classes every day than have to be in the afc east basement! hopefully the Bills don't just draft someone for the sake of drafting someone like what they did with EJ. if they take someone they better believe in that person whole heartedly. otherwise wait another year and get the right guy!

Not one person I mentioned fit the young category. They will be looking to get rid of the big contract players who are older. It's the obvious move for a team that is rebuilding. They can't get rid of Dareus because of the cap hit and Tre White is on a rookie deal so stop with the nonsense.
