  1. Run every play to the left! But seriously give Dawkins some time. He has been busy playing LT. Also, of all of the OL positions I feel like RT would be easiest to fill in case we had to pick up a veteran later on after other teams make their cuts. Of all of the positions of need I think safety should be a higher priority than RT and I'm hoping they sign a veteran at that position
  2. If Tyrod had EJ's body...yikes. he would be better than Cam
  3. A Lynn coached LT. Is there bad blood there or something?
  4. Yes because like I said we are only seeing his big plays come as a result of long bombs. How about get him the ball and let him run with it and make a play. He needs more YAC. He was a YAC attack in college so why not now?
  5. you did. Sammy had over 1000 yards receiving in 2015 and only 160 of those were after the catch, which is horrible. i'm not sure if you don't watch the games or you just like to find ways to try and be right but you are very wrong on this one
  6. We have yet to see Sammy have any yard after the catch impact. That was basically all he did in college. So far in the NFL we are only seeing big plays from him on long throws. Let's get him the ball with room to run and let him make some plays!
  7. i see what the OP is saying. if the Bills are like me, whenever i wear white shoes i avoid mud and jump over puddles. i think they should be more focused on football than trying to keep their shoes looking nice and white
  8. How about the defensive backs? I think Brady will have a field day with them. Also don't overlook our lack of depth. A couple of injuries and then our roster doesn't look so good does it. For many years its been we are close we just need this to happen and that to happen and then maybe this too. Yea and I would win the lottery if my numbers just came up. With the perfect season maybe we get a wild card but then what? We still aren't close to competing for the super bowl. There will be some good things this year but we are still a .500 team at the end of the day
  9. Brady is next. Loading up for 1 more run at the title. If Belichick is smart he will walk away too. I'm not saying he's not a good coach but coaching is a heck of a lot easier when you have the best QB who is willing to play for peanuts compared to his market value. This year and next and then we are freeeeee
  10. Cardale is terrible. Was a bad pick, everyone knew it. Even the ones that were hoping for some kind of magical transition to an NFL caliber quarterback knew this was a long shot. Good for him that a team actually wants him because the alternative was he was about to get cut and he was probably going to make the rounds on practice squads and then be out of the league completely in 2 years.
  11. Marcel is the captain of a sinking ship which is his career if he doesnt get things turned around. this is a big year for him. he has the physical tools but he lacks the mental focus to be a consistently great player
  12. interested to see how he looks. i think he will be a good clean up player opposite Hughes the speed rusher. we have arguably the best DL in the league if we can get all 4 of these guys on the field the majority of the downs
  13. Holmes = stone hands apparently We need one of these signings to happen
  14. everyone who was against tanking for the past 15 years knowing full well we didn't have a QB or a roster that could win us the Super Bowl. they must want a .500 team. there's no way anyone was watching some of these drought teams thinking we had a chance. especially when we started 0-8 in 2010 as per the topic. 2011, 2012, 2013 we had no shot. we could have had a QB by now and some other key pieces if we would have sacrificed one or two of those miserable seasons
  15. if they tanked we would have Cam Newton. what QB are we going to miss out on this year because you guys want to go 6-10
  16. This might be the first time I get to watch the Bills on tv without throwing things and cursing. Maybe they should just have all games not count and don't keep score. Like what they do in tball. Everyone gets a (Lombardi) trophy!
  17. That's hard to believe. He's on a winning team that plays on tv a lot. He's probably top 5
  18. I didn't know John Urschel went to Canisius. Any back story on that? Did his family move to Buffalo or was there a particular reason why he ended up there?
  19. Kaepernick would rather everyone be talking about how nobody signed Kaepernick. He feels like he's on some kind of mission to change the world and that's bigger than football. So everyone asking why nobody is signing him helps his cause As much as a rookie learning a new system could. Takes you about 2 years to really get it in a new system. You can learn the plays and know where everyone is supposed to be but it takes longer to really understand why they are doing what they do and what you can expect from the defense in this situations. Like I said, best case scenario is we hear how much Peterman is outplaying Yates over the next few weeks and then the situation will take care of itself
  20. Not sure why it would be hard to understand. Yates knows the playbook, can help teach it to Peterman, if Tyrod gets hurt you plug him in for a few plays or a game or two until healthy. Peterman is not ready to play until he proves otherwise. You don't go into the season with a rookie backup unless he proves he's ready in the preseason. We didn't have the preseason yet and so Yates is our backup. If all goes well, Yates will be among the final cuts and nobody will sign him so he will be sitting at home if for some reason we need to bring him back. Hopefully we don't need him and in the meantime he's just a measuring stick to see if Peterman is any good
  21. Just make it so we play our division once every year and when it comes to the playoffs the top 6 teams get in no matter the division. Simple
  22. Ah yes, the infamous game vs the Texans where JJ Watt picked off EJ Manuel for a TD over and over again and we were down 31-3 before backup Jeff Tuel lead the comeback in the 2nd half
  23. 2 min offense and anticipation on throws! Get that ball out of there fast and we are in business. The scrambling QB is not an efficient/sustainable model for long term success in the NFL.
