Tyrod is the best QB available to us. if we have an opportunity to get a better QB then we should. if we don't then we keep playing him. sound like a good plan? i think the only question is if we decide a way to get a better QB is to lose football games then do we not play him and when do we make that decision? we could start Yates and win 3 games and we are guaranteed to get one of the top 2 QB's coming out. is that person better than Tyrod? maybe. the best skill Tyrod has is his mobility. how many hits until he no longer possesses that trait? if he hurts his knee like RG3 and can't scramble is he going to win us any games as a pure pocket passer? probably not. the front office just has to make a call one way or the other. if they want to keep him then pay the man and put all of your confidence in him. if they don't then put Yates in there. if they don't know then they should be fired. they have been too wishy washy and there's too much uncertainty here. at this point in his career he is who he is. is that person the person you want at QB? make up your mind!!

I love free speech. I love this country. Just be aware that actions have consequences. If he's going to hate a certain group and call them pigs then don't expect those people to want you on their team or buy tickets. It's a valid response to his actions. A more productive thing to do than name call might be to come together in peace and harmony and work together to solve your differences. Personally I think more training and more public awareness for how to deal with law enforcement would be a big help. Kaepernick should offer to be in a psa video about this is what to do if you are pulled over or this is what to do if confronted by police.

i wonder that never became a big thing. sounds like a pretty juicy story. lots of players get addicted to the pills given to them by the team. Brett Favre for instance. my wife was prescribed oxycodone after a surgery and after taking it for one day she couldnt believe how much her body needed it and how sick she felt if she didnt take it so she got scared and stopped completely. just imagine an NFL player taking it for weeks, months, even years to try and stay on the field.
