The fact that Osweiler is getting a lot of attention shows that Tyrod would have been highly coveted. We should have traded him. It feels wrong going into the season with him knowing how bad this is going to be. He's going to lose his trade value and we will end up just cutting him and getting nothing

I liked the old way. Cut it down and give those players that legitimately have a shot more playing time and reps rather than playing a bunch of guys you know won't be on the team.

After Cam gets cut maybe he will get a job as a police officer. Let's see how he responds when his life is on the line and he has less than a second to react. Wenning had some decent throws. He definitely had a quick trigger and made mostly good decisions. He might get a call to be on a practice squad as a result. If we trade Tyrod I'd take Wenning over Yates to back up Peterman

I dont agree. I think leaders hold all players accountable and are a big part of what the culture of the team will be. Good leaders won't settle for anything less than the best out of their teammates

yea it's not like he sent him home from the game for not following team rules. i feel like that would have been reported

if we kept the same offense in place i could imagine a scenario where we would have made the playoffs this year. our offense wasn't half bad and they had 2 years exp running it. but as luck would have it Lynn went to LA and we started over from scratch and fired everyone. by blowing it up and getting a terrible offensive coordinator we are basically destroying our season. i said it when they hired Dennison. Tyrod was either going to be completely incapable of running this offense or it would force him to actually make throws on time. Tyrod simply can't run this offense and now we are suffering

good! we need leaders to step in take charge. do you think guys showed up late in Baltimore with Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Shannon Sharpe, and others? if i was late to a practice with those guys i would ask to be traded before trying to step foot in that locker room. players need to start holding each other accountable. this is a serious business. this is their livelihoods
