I'm currently paying more in taxes than many people in my area's yearly income and then I find out that it's going towards Trans parades in Nicaragua so I would be perfectly happy giving my money to private businesses rather than the government. Trump has proposed ending tax on tips and with tariffs he has said paying income taxes would eventually become unnecessary. You would pay more to private companies to consume products but less of it would go to the government, which sounds like a good idea. I think if he wanted to be on the team (with the best offense, the MVP, and one of the best OL's in the league) he would let his agent negotiate for a fair salary that works for both sides. What's likely to happen is Cook will say he wants 15m per and the Bills will say ok I'm out and then maybe he holds out and then tests the market and gets 11-12m so sure he got some bad team to slightly overpay but that's why they are a bad team.
