You can't win it all in this league without a top 5 QB. Daniel Jones isn't even top 20. Giants will never be more than a wild card team with Daniel Jones. Running in the NFL does not lead to success. The top RB's in the league (Henry and Jacobs) didn't even make the playoffs. Nobody ever says KC needs a RB. They have been consistently worse than the Bills at running the ball but still win.
