  1. They said they had the DT from Michigan higher than any TE which also means they probably didn't have Kincaid #1 out of the TE's. The only person that said they wanted Kincaid was Skip Bayless who has no affiliation with the team, he was just hoping they would get him as a fan
  2. Trade back. Could have had a very good TE on day 2. Many had the guy from ND or the guy from Iowa higher not to mention the freak from Georgia who is going to be a beast
  3. From what he said it sounded like they didn't think anyone else was worth a 1 if they were going to either trade up or trade back. Simple as that. I don't agree, there will be a ton of good TE's available tomorrow, but that's what they did
  4. They will say BPA but I think they are targeting LB and will probably try and move up again if they don't think their guy will last. I think they probably like Sanders. He's the typical Beane pick where he's a good athlete but not polished and he thinks he can be coached up
  5. Chiefs have Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes. They can do whatever they want. Andy Reid has more creativity to get people open
  6. When you have 2 TE's on the line it's different than having a slot guy on obvious passing downs. If they think they are going to split him out then I don't know, I don't think he's that fast of a player to get open 1 on 1 with a nickel corner. It's not like he's a freak athlete, he's just a good athlete. I think he will be a good redzone option I just don't think he's going to be the every down guy that people are expecting out of round 1 guys
  7. Beane is so scared to be the next LA Rams. He forgets that the Rams went to 2 SB's and won 1. I would take a championship followed by a rebuild any day of the week. Playing safe gets you to the playoffs sure but when you are that close what puts you over the edge?
  8. 2 TE sets are for teams that like to do play-action dink and dunks down the field. I know Dorsey wants to do it (because that's what he ran in college and that's what he knows) but we have a QB that likes to scramble and throw it 50 yards down field. It's going to take a retraining of the way Josh plays to be effective in that style of offense and it takes the threat of the run (Damien Harris) to get LB's to sink in. Not that it can't work but those things are not a strength of this team in the past few years so the offense is going to have to change a lot unless they are thinking they are going to be able to split Kincaid out which doesn't seem likely since he's a 4.7 guy and not a 4.5 or better. What makes him effective would be playing him on the line vs heavy fronts and then him sneaking behind the LB aka goal line situations
  9. Buy any lottery tickets recently? You are on a hot streak Good analysis though, well thought out. Congrats
  10. Because outside of Josh Allen (which was an absolute crap shoot) he's had such great history trading up...
  11. Who is possibly there that a trade UP was necessary? I thought we would see them trade back
  12. No good receivers left. Make the trade
  13. He will be good but not that good. Keuchly was a freak athlete plus one of the smartest LB's ever
  14. People thought we could get him in round 2 lol
  15. Here comes the run on WR's
  16. Lots of WR's left. Beane might go for the lower cost option rather than trade for Hopkins
  17. Holy cow, Jalen Carter's highlights are nuts. Not fair
  18. I'd settle for yearly at this point
  19. They like Bijan supposedly. Maybe Gibbs
  20. Let's get a run on RB's now. Let those WR's keep falling
  21. The safe choice!
  22. Sounds like someone we picked in the 1st round a few years back
  23. Cardinals have pick 12 and 33 plus their original pick 34. I could see them definitely wanting to turn one of those 2nd into another 1st if there's someone they like at 27...
