  1. You don't pass it on 2nd and 1 at the goal line. That's the point. It's not a high percentage play
  2. If the C to QB exchange isn't working then put Bates at C. I don't think that's a good excuse. 2nd and goal and inches away so you put your QB 5 yards back. It just doesn't make any sense. You have to run 5 yards just to get to where you already were
  3. Yes it deserves its own thread. You have a few inches to go and you are in SHOTGUN? Of course the result of the play is a loss of 2 close to 3 and they need to throw at that point. Discuss
  4. Seems to be a different rule for QB's. Not sure why buts it's all a sham basically
  5. Have the Bills ever stopped a 3rd and 20? They always seem to get those. It's really bizarre
  6. Gabe very nonchalant on what should have been a TD. Didn't cover the ball up was ready to go celebrate. That's 4 points we should have had. The situation before the half was 3 more. Not could but *should* be up 24-14 right now
  7. Singletary running back into the piles. The run before too. It's like he's looking for contact rather than running to open field
  8. STOP RUNNING MOSS. 1 YARD RUNS DONT HELP US. I'd rather take 4 shots on hail Marys than run with Moss
  9. Let the play on the field speak for itself. If Bills dB's collapse they aren't cutting us any slack. And if we win then nobody will be surprised, including these delusional Fins fans who are just talking smack. It is what it is, we will find out tomorrow
  10. What's his injury though? I don't think there's a neck injury that would keep someone out for a season but be ok the next season all by itself. If he has a spinal issue it's either surgery or never play again. Sitting out a year won't help that
  11. 3 neck injuries in 1 game is pretty crazy. I've never heard of that. Probably need to do some more neck conditioning in the weight room. They have that iron neck attachment for pulley machines and it looks ridiculous but it's supposed to decrease concussion and neck injuries drastically
  12. And what are Dane and Micah's injuries? Sounds like they are being perhaps overly cautious. A "stinger" is not an injury that would have kept anyone out for more than a few plays let alone the whole game
  13. "Tua is a threat with the ball in his hands!" - said nobody ever I think the Bills will continue to defer if they win. This week will not be any different
  14. Yes good point in that it either comes down to is it pain or is it going to hurt the ankle further. If it's just pain then you probably want to be on it loosening it up, you don't want to sit still and let it get tight. Need to get the blood flowing and stay loose. If there's any doubt I think they will rest him. It's a long season
  15. I doubt he's back until after the bye. He can start practicing after the Baltimore game but who knows if he will and once he does he will need a few weeks to get into game shape
  16. Joshy owns Gillette stadium, he might as well own their razors too!
  17. Both of these teams are bad. Pitt offense horrible. Case Keenum going to get some PT both games
  18. Buy low, sell high, diversify your investments homie!
  19. "Back in my day" all it took was some athletic tape and guilt shaming and we would play through concussions and broken bones because we were "team players." Kids these days are soft I tell ya
  20. The Cardinals stadium in Glendale (where the super bowl is this year) has a removable grass field. They can literally roll it out of the stadium and take care of it and manicure it and then bring it back in as needed. Best of both worlds https://www.nbcnews.com/video/watch-crew-roll-super-bowl-field-into-stadium-390953539702
  21. Watch the 90's Bills games. They set up in shotgun (k-gun) every play so it looked like every play was a pass. The only running play they had was run left or run right and they were very effective running the ball of course as Thurman was league MVP. I think they are trying to do too much in our current offense. If you are a great passing team then why even line up in certain "strong" running sets/personnel? You are announcing to everyone that you are running. I think more zone runs is the answer. If they think you are passing then that should be a free 5 yards every time you run
  22. I'm expecting Diggs to get double teamed until someone else beats them and then I fully expect Gabe Davis to have some big games coming up here in the next few weeks
