I like adding an 8th team and no byes. If Chiefs win Sunday then Bengals had no shot at the 1 seed so it's irrelevant. If Chiefs and Bills win and meet in the AFCC then it's neutral site. Simple

Surprising that the assistant trainer was the one to do it given the lead medical doctor was there as well as other trainers and doctors from both teams. I'm not sure the protocol or how he ended up in charge but just an interesting observation and it seemingly it all worked out well in the end

Buffalo is a rustbelt city, same as Cleveland and Pittsburgh and Detroit (Erie, Akron, Rochester too among others). Once great cities where industry has left and they are now being reborn as something funky almost hip one could say. I wouldn't say Midwest, that makes me think of rural Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska.

Tre was absolutely exposed by the Bengals. They were going as far as to pick on him. Now I'm wondering if teams weren't going after him previously based solely on his reputation. Miami is most likely starting their 3rd string QB on Sunday so hopefully they lose. That would put either NE or Pitt in. Whoever plays those teams is almost equivalent to a bye. And if it's the Ravens without Lamar or a gimpy Lamar then that's not too bad either. So either way Bills and Bengals should be ok.

If it's Bills vs Bengals in divisional round that should be neutral site too imo. We definitely don't want to go back there and we didn't earn the home field over them either
