  1. Absolutely x2!!!
  2. If you like Laphroaig, try Oban.
  3. Response in one word - NO!
  4. It is very difficult to affect change at a major college program, especially one like Kansas that has a haphazard history, in that short period of time. Heck, his recruiting classes probably never got a chance to start.
  5. Nothing ventured - nothing gained. Gill will take what he learned at Kansas and apply it to Liberty, then progress from there. If I am not mistaken, Liberty usually has a pretty strong team.
  6. Happened not too long ago at an Ohio State dorm. Family settled out of court. Linky
  7. Pooj - Good job on the treadmill work. Any thoughts on using a stationary bike? Less load impact. Have my road bike on a trainer and put 1 hour in every other day - soaking wet at the end. Hot yoga? Your sweat has sweat.
  8. The guy is a one trick pony and is living large due to the players and scheme that the Jets run. Period.
  9. Hopes for a speedy recovery.
  10. I'm glad you said it before me. I wouldn't have been quite so diplomatic.
  11. Great kick and cover.
  12. At least we have an opportunity
  13. Aside from helping others in need was that even though I was out of work I accomplished something positive for the day / week. Your soul needs that after working 8 / 5 for years.
  14. I assisted with the Raleigh Foodbank when I was out of work for a while. It's even more humbling dropping off food to the various shelters.
  15. One nice feature on the Sunday Ticket is if the national b'cast 2nd game is a dog you can select what 2nd game you want to watch.
  16. Have you checked the windshield washer fluid?
  17. That's too bad. I can't say I ever saw a Jax team that was not prepared. They played their heart out every game. JDR will wind up somewhere as a DC.
  18. 49ers last playoff appearance was in 2002 (beat Giants, lost to Bucs). Bengals had one good run with Palmer (lost to Pitt). I would hardly call that success.
  19. Couldn't say it any better.
  20. Can't disagree with you one bit there. Snachez was on such a shaky limb that if the D had even knocked him around a little bit I think he would have crumbled. A true pressure LB is needed big time. Along with a true #1 WR.
  21. No arguement on the money end. I do believe that sometimes teams get on such a roll that it is tough to get out of it. GB last year was on that roll.
  22. Once a fan - always a fan. That's why Friday I will be cheering for the Sabres when they visit Columbus on Friday. There is plenty of positives in this team, but with a bunch of work still to do.
  23. Well, I will be the contrain to all of you. Let me explain first before everyone jumps all over me. Did I in my wildest dreams ever think that this team would go 3 and 1 and beat NE? No. At best I thought this team was a 8 - 8 or 6 - 8 team. I would be very suprised if anyone thought that this team would be better than that. There is still a lot of growth for this team to go through. There is a good start in the development of the core of this team. Wood, Levetire, Fitz (yes), Bell, Chandler, Jackson, Dareus, Sheppard, Williams (before he was hurt) are the beginning. Injuries caught up to this team because it lacked the necessary depth and the league caught up to this team in how to defend against. Plus, look at the turnovers that the first 4-5 games that we had. That helps a team. Now it has all caught up to us. Yeah, it sucks that we are playing this bad after such a good start. But, that happens. Happens a lot to Buffalo. It is going to take some time for Chan and Buddy to get this in order. Give this team some leash.
