My suggestion was sarcastic in nature. It seems like once a month someone is asking for advice on some critical personal nature (health, investing, legal, etc) instead of going to an expert.
The stronger flavor is in the seed head. Dill is easy to grow. However, if the seeds fall off the head of the plant you'll have volunteer plants all over the place. They are easy to remove with a little hand cultivation.
IIRC - United Way, or something similar, has debt consolidation support / services. X2B and I used it some many years ago. I agree with previous suggestions - stay away from for profit debt consolidation firms.
