  1. Not sure if its been mentioned but don't income taxes levied by foreign governments typically qualify to reduce your taxable income at home? How does that work currently with the teams traveling there? Are they taxed by the UK?
  2. Thanks for checking in anyway!
  3. Anyone selling 3 tickets for the Miami game? My brother and I are looking to take our nephew to his first Bills game. Let me know if you've got any for sale! Thanks!
  4. I'd argue the last 20 years sucked bc we weren't in the playoff hunt for the majority of the time. 8-8 and borderline 9-7 and meaningful December games would have made the last 20 years much more bearable than the 6-10 and 7-9 we consistently ended up with.
  5. It is funny how every good player that comes to Buffalo is suddenly trash as if the supporting cast isn't the problem.
  6. When you wouldn't decline a 1 for 1 trade of any player on KC's offense, then you know you have no supporting cast for your QB. Its not rocket science. Even when both O lines fall apart, and as much as Mahomes rolls out and makes a great pass, he finds WRs bc those WRs are also making things happen. Ours don't. Who knows how either QB will end up, but this absurd notion that Allen has the same opportunity as Mahomes and should be judged as such is ridiculous..
  7. I had seasons at New Era with my back to the wall of the upper deck. I loved those seats and that overview of the stadium. Could stay standing all game, and just take everything in.
  8. What happened behind the scenes is his interaction with the coaching staff and their perception of his commitment, and willingness to learn the offense. You don't see all that. You cut it down to "let's see what happens" and are dancing between Beane being a fool for making the trade or not giving Coleman enough time? Which is it? Obviously they didn't like what they saw. Wasted money / draft pick? Yes. Worth a shot anyway? Yes. I was hoping for him to be a nice grab by the team too, but if its not there its not there. Edit: Anyway what does it matter if we lost Mr. Irrelevant in the 2020 Draft anyway! ??
  9. Like I said, I don't think it will, but I don't think you have enough information to doubt that people are upset this happened. People are just trying to discuss the impact to the Bills on a Bills message board.
  10. Quick question - If a person can care about the victims and hope the attacker gets what's coming to him at the same time, then why couldn't they care about the victims, hope the attacker gets what's coming to him, and hope people don't somehow correlate this with the Bills organization? I don't think many will correlate this with the bills, but I don't see why you think people can't think or care about multiple things at once.
  11. I mean...if Tyrod retired prior to coming to the Bills he would have been viewed as trash too. Peterman hasn't really had the same opportunities to develop. Maybe we shouldn't close the book on him because he played poorly in his rookie year.
  12. I did miss that but I think that makes that assertion even more ridiculous. Good QBs rarely play more than 1 full game in a preseason.
  13. ? Post Merger top 5 all time yards per attempt: 4 Steve Young+ 8.0 1985-1999 2TM 5 Kurt Warner+ 7.9 1998-2009 3TM Tony Romo 7.9 2004-2016 dal Aaron Rodgers 7.9 2005-2017 gnb Ben Roethlisberger 7.9 2004-2017
  14. Has this been posted yet? Looks like she finally got kicked out and got very little in return. http://newsenter.org/buffalo/2018/08/14/345012-eviction-case-against-lesean-mccoys-ex-girlfriend-settled-shes-out.html Again how you can sue for someone not giving you security codes for a house you are not supposed to be living in is beyond me. Hopefully the court and both sides attorneys continues to do the logical thing.
  15. How can you squat in someones house and then sue because they won't tell you the security code?
  16. I could see it happening but I'd call it ridiculous just as I would call this ridiculous. Pretty sure he complimented Wentz and Mariota. Edit: Just went back and checked and he complimented a string of QBs of all races, so let's put this line of thought to rest so we can not be like the people who pull this stuff out of their butts.
  17. Bad snaps are understated. They need to teach whoever is Center how to snap the ball higher. Rosen almost had to dig it out of the ground 5 or 6 times.
  18. Lets put this to rest right here: The Bills have had their problems over the last 2 decades but they have not been as bad as the Browns and we don't have to equalize terribleness. Browns W/L Record over 9 years: 34 / 110 (.236) out of 144 games Last in Division 8/9 times Won 4 games in last 3 years Bills W/L Record over 9 years: 61 / 83 (.423) out of 144 games Last in Division 5/9 times Won 24 games in last 3 years The Browns: 2017 Myles Garrett - Unproven Jabrill Peppers - Unproven David Njoku - Unproven 2016 Corey Coleman - Traded - 2018 - Undisclosed pick 2015 Danny Shelton - Traded 2018 - 5th Round pick - 3rd Round pick in return Cameron Erving - Traded 2017 - 5th Round pick 2014 Justin Gilbert - Traded 2016 - 6th Round pick - Out of League Johnny Manziel - Cut 2016 - Out of league 2013 Barkevious Mingo - Traded 2016 - 5th round pick - Out of League 2012 Trent Richardson - Traded 2013 - 1st round pick - Out of League Brandon Weeden - Waived 2014 2011 Phil Taylor - Cut 2014 - Out of league 2010 Joe Haden - Free Agent 2017 - Starter for 7 years 2009 Alex Mack - Free Agent 2014 - Starter for 7 years The Bills: 2017 TreDavious White - Unproven 2016 Shaq Lawson - Still on team 2015 No Pick - Watkins Trade 2014 Sammy Watkins - Traded 2017 - 2nd Round pick + EJ Gaines 2013 EJ Manuel - Cut 2017 2012 Stephon Gilmore - Free Agent 2016 2011 Marcell Dareus - Traded 2017 - Starter for 6 years - 5th round pick 2010 C.J. 19. We weren't too excited about Tyrod Taylor, so I doubt this. The desire isn't to get a QB better than the Bills have had (kaepernick isn't), the desire is to get a good QB. Tyrod Taylor 2016 15 games played 2799 passing yards (186.6 per game) 14 TDs (.93 per game) 4 INTs (.26 per game) 580 rushing yards (38.6 per game) Colin Kaepernick 2016 12 Games played 2241 passing yards (186.75 per game) 16 TDs (1.3333 per game) 4 INTs (.33 per game) 468 rushing yards (39 per game) No, Colin Kaepernick is not worth getting excited about unless you were excited for Tyrod.
  20. If he didnt say anything about Mahomes, people would still say he was "brooding" or some other nonsense.
  21. In a 4 way tie there is no way to do head to head unless each team has played each other. The Chargers beating us and the Titans shouldn't place them above the Ravens. The Ravens didn't play anyone so where would they be placed? The Chargers lost out because they had a worse conference record. The Bills have lost out similarly in the past.
  22. Anything to tear down a division rival who drafted a top rated qb prospect! Go get him NYC Media!!
  23. "The Bills are working with Erie County and New York State on millions of dollars in upgrades to help improve fan safety. " Well this I don't like one bit. Not only are you not going to stop the random acts of stupidity on private property, I surely hope you aren't going to cost the taxpayers millions trying to protect people from themselves.
  24. To be fair for QB's you just gotta get your guy. As long as you were right, no one will care or judge when you drafted them.
