I wish I had all 22 so I could go back and look at where we all expect Singletary to run with this run blocking. Like he does what he can with what they give him but he in no way has the blocks and push that other teams give their rbs. Basically a brick wall of bodies every time he runs and sometimes he squeezes through.

Why do some Bills fans refuse to have confidence in this team?
What a Tuel replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
The 1 score statistic you took from 1 season but refuse to acknowledge that even this season we are 2-3? Just stop spinning a narrative out of a stupid statistic generated from clearly anomaly year. 2018 - 3-3 2019 - 4-6 2020 - 6-1 2021 - 0-6 2022 - 2-3 Meanwhile 2 score games: 2018 - 3-7 2019 - 6-1 2020 - 9-3 2021 - 12-1 2022 - 4-0 -
And the most annoying part about it is they exist in every fan base so the majority are "proven" right each year the respective team doesn't win a super bowl. I use the words proven right loosely because I bet a certain subset of rams fans were doing the same thing to their forum when they got railroaded by the Titans, 49ers and Packers in a row around this time last year. 9Sun, Nov 7 vsTennessee L28-16 @San Francisco L31-10 11BYE WEEK @Green Bay L36-28

I am wondering if Allen had checked down and we ran out of time, how many posters would have been on here saying something is wrong with Allen he is just dumping it off. Captain Checkdown. He is afraid to take the shot. Freaken armchair critics. Was it a bad decision? Absolutely. But if he hit an open man in the endzone, not a single person would be questioning that he should have taken the checkdown. 20/20 hindsight kind of helps.

I see the team winning the division and competing in the playoffs. From there who knows. The AFC East plays each other a whopping 7 times still this season. That is still 7 more losses to attribute. I absolutely do not think it is beyond the realm of possibility that we overcome the 2, and 3 pt deficits we had against the Jets and Dolphins despite the hopelessness of some people on here. Ah so we want to count prior years, but only the ones that suit our point. Gotcha. I also don't think your 2nd point is the slam against the Bills you think it is.... -

Why 11 games? 8-11 since 2020. What are we in >1 score games? Oh just 25-2 since 2020. Get a grip. Every team loses games every year since 1972. -
Question re: hypothetical scenario from Vikings game
What a Tuel replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
The tie is not a win either. With a win you are a full game ahead of both the Fish and the Jets. The throw by Allen was bad for sure, but that doesn't change that going for a win is better than a tie. -

Every team has tough losses. What team last year did not have a couple of them? All 4 of the below teams made the AFC/NFC Championship games, and half of them made the Super Bowl. I think the Bills fan base is demonstrating that we are soft and mentally weak with every loss. Does losing suck? Yes, but the natural tendancy to tear down the team, org, anyone associated after every loss is disturbing. KC? Lost 5 games: To recap that is: 1st seed Titans (Blowout) 3rd seed Bills (Blowout) 4th seed Bengals division rival Chargers Heart breaker loss to Ravens Cincinatti? Lost 7 games: To recap that is: 1st seed Packers Blown out by Chargers Heartbreaker loss to 49ers Bad Bears Bad Jets Blown out by division rival Browns Rams? Lost 5 games To recap that is: 1st seed Titans Blown out by 49ers 1st seed Packers (Blowout) Heartbreaker loss to 49ers Division loss to Cardinals 49ers? I guarantee that a certain of sub set of posters would start threads that say "Should we replace McDermott? Statistics show he is probably 1 and done" or some dumb crap like that. -
Bills Open up as 9.5 pt favorite vs Cleveland

The team is not "in collapse". FFS. Tell me why you believe that? Did the Packers game tell you that? +10 Did the Rams game tell you that? +21 Did the Titans game tell you that +34 Did the Steelers game tell you that +35 You really do just spew dramatic negativity and at some point the mods should really get a hold of your consistent trolling the fans here. -
Wawrow hints an Internal Issues with the Bills
What a Tuel replied to CountDorkula's topic in The Stadium Wall
I am not sure you understand his point when you double down and say this. His specific point was that both the Rams and Bucs had these moments mid season which would have been your "recent developments suggest they are unlikely to do it" -

The push is not what caused the fumble though. So you are saying you knew what was coming but what you knew was coming didn't happen. It was a botched snap, not a defensive push. -
If Hyde and Poyer Are Healthy, We're Undefeated
What a Tuel replied to st pete gogolak's topic in The Stadium Wall
It is truly amazing that people continue to critique the defense and look for Frasier's replacement when the defense made significant game winning stops. Yes they gave up 33 points. They were also out what, Hyde, Poyer, Elam, Rousseau, and I believe Edmunds for most of this game. The Bills org has built a very strong team that continues to compete despite getting hit by the injury bug. One only needs to look at the Ravens last year as a team that completely collapsed when hit with injuries. -

I feel like that is a very skewed statistic. 1) Without Allen, and probably didn't belong in the playoffs, except by the graces of Cincinatti. 2) Allen's first playoff game 3) Legitimately beat by KC 4) Fluke loss to KC I am not sure I accept that sample as some basis of not being able to win on the road in the playoffs. Similarly, I don't think we are unbeatable at home because we are 3-0 at home in the playoffs 1) Beat the Colts 2) Beat the Ravens 3) Beat the Patriots -
I should check back to to 12/12/21 and see if all of you were making this type of post after a loss to the pats and bucs consecutively and that was with just 4 games left in the season. There are 8 damn games left. You guys are so damn dramatic after a loss.

How in the world do you blame a fumbled snap and a game losing INT on McDermott? At some point you have to ask yourself, how much of Allen's career are you going to crusade against McDermott? -
You are correct, it is a lot and by far. We don't typically run a lot on the goal line. It may actually be a reason for our redzone dilemma. Teams just know they have to get to Allen wherever he is. Not an exact science since some of these qbs missed games/were replaced, but generally the way you claim it is.

No one is suggesting we coast. You also need the context of the poster to understand that this isn't a random person creating a topic of discussion. This is a troll who loves to discuss the potential of the Bills failing and the Dolphins rising. #1 seed might now be a pipe dream with 6 games left against teams currently with winning record Tua impressing in Miami Is there any circumstances you would move on from McDermott after 2022? Quietly the Dolphins are the 2nd hottest team in the AFC right now (2021) Time to go on record if you honestly believe this is still a SB caliber team or even a playoff team at this point (2021)

"But not playoffs" he will say. "Playoffs we are 0-2 man! We lost 2 playoff games in Arrowhead, there is just no way we can win there." They insist on this sample size of two games (one of which we had in hand) to demonstrate that we just cant win there. Would home field advantage be ideal? Absolutely. Is arrowhead this terrifying monster we can't win in? Absolutely not.
-
My god you love posting like this. Any real shot? Are you kidding me? This vaunted arrowhead crap needs to stop. Yes we got beat at arrowhead once. The 2nd game we lost on a fluke situation. It is not a given that we will lose in arrowhead again. Say what you want about the Texans (Allens first playoff game) and Jaguars games (No Allen), but the constant need for you to build this into some sort of trend is sickening. Just stop. The attempt to build anti Bills staff/player narratives by him is astounding. It is why most believe he is a fish fan trolling.

The roster is extremely talented, its not even debatable. The naysayers on this forum love to rag on the roster of the 6-2 Bills but hype up the rosters of the 3-5 Browns and 2-6 Lions. I love the finding losses thing because the same argument was made about the Patriots last year. New England goes on a 7 game win streak and half of the fans on here were ready to cede the division because there's no way the 9-4 pats would drop two of four remaining games and lose the division to the 7-5 Bills. I mean they have the Jaguars (L), Bills who they beat already throwing the ball just 3 times!! (L) and the Dolphins (L)!!! Now I get the Chiefs are different from the pats but they lost to a Matt Ryan led Colts, and struggled pretty hard against the Titans. They could drop a couple of the next 9 games. No idea who, but its possible. Rams could show up, Bengals could show up, Seahawks could show up, Chargers could show up. Hell even the Jaguars could show up. People are just speculating. 4 weeks might as well be 4 hours or 4 years for all anyone knows.

I think thats a gross misinterpretation. He didn't say he threw it blind, he said he thought the DB was "sucked in" and Knox was by himself. It just so happened that the DE obscured the DB. Should he have seen it? Of course. Still I don't agree that the majority of these are bc he is trying to move mountains rather than taking what's given to him. Just a series of poor decisions.
