I remember, back a few years ago, when you presented a reasonable and decent online presence here when you posted under the Ben Franklin handle. I don’t remember what points of agreement/disagreement we may have had, but I do remember that no one considered you to be a cancer to the community. Now you’ve taken to attacking exposing pedophiles, and being completely intellectually dishonest about it, because of your contempt for the individual posting. That says more about you than anything else, and everyone here can see it.

Right here, maybe less than 20 total posts ago, in this very thread, where you disparaged someone for posting information regarding widespread normalization of pedophilia. By all means though, continue down the “protect the pedos path”. I guess that’s what PPP means to you, personally. Or, take a step back and examine the vile and rancid position you’re staking out here.

The same US intelligence agencies which collaborated with intel services of other countries, including the Ukraine, in order to remove a duly elected President from office? Those agencies? The same agencies who have continually lied to you, and whose entire purpose is to destabilize and overthrow governments around the world to the benefit of the elite banking, political, and MIC class around the globe? It couldn’t be that they’re lashing out, desperate to protect themselves and those whom they work for?

Take up whether or not certain types of criminals should have posting privileges here with SDS. But I’m not talking about board policy. I don’t think he has great straight ahead speed, but he’s very quick inside a phone booth, so to speak. That, and the fact that he’s so darned compact at 5’7”, 211 lbs makes me think that he’s more than powerful and elusive enough to have a quality, if not elite, career in the League.

That’s an awfully spicy hot take right there. The guy has 37 sacks in 44 career starts (46 games played). That’s pretty darned close to elite level production.

That’s saying a lot, because his brother is fantastic.

10 LBs is a big deal though, and as you just pointed out, Atkins, who is one of the very best, recognized that he needed to get bigger and stronger. Again, I could be wrong. Fortunately we’ll have the opportunity to see next season.

Then he won’t play, I don’t think, at least not beyond a minor rotational role. As it is, his snap count had been cut. If Harrison Phillips is healthy he’s not getting many snaps. Given he had a solid day today, and I of course leave open the possibility that I’m wrong, but I really don’t think I am.

He has more than a large enough frame to carry the extra weight. As it currently stands he’s not strong enough to avoid getting bullied at the line of scrimmage, and is being taken out of the game too often. Speed and quickness isn’t going to get it done while this is the case. He needs to get stronger. He may need to sacrifice some speed to do it, but it will improve him as a player.

As I said in the game day thread, I give a one season pass to all rookies, regardless of their draft position. Oliver has tons of potential and ability. He probably needs to pack on 15 lbs of muscle over the off-season to compete in the trenches at the pro level on a consistent basis.
