  1. It's not that baskin doesn't realize he's a fascist; he does. He's well aware of it. It's just that he's a ****ty person lacking any sort of morals or common decency whom has done away with the merits of democratic governance because it didn't give him exactly what he wanted, lacks any respect for his fellow man, and would rather impose his will on those he disagrees with whom rejected his ideas at the ballot box. Amongst his other lies, the one that most stands out is his claims of fatherhood. I don't believe baskin is a father, because the tact he is taking nearly guarantees that his children will live through a time of violent domestic upheaval. They will lose access to food and clean water. They will lose access to medicine and health care professionals. They will see shooting in the streets. No one who is a father would wish that life of their children, let alone court it openly as he does.
  2. You're a "consultant" at "one of the largest finance companies in the country". You don't work for, you know, a consulting firm which such a company would hire to get outside eyes on a complex business chain; but rather work as an internal consultant, doing what exactly? I ask, because I'm kind of "in the know" in the industry, and you 'd have to be doing something very specific, especially if you're confined to a desk all day.
  3. It would be extremely difficult to prove in a court of law.
  4. Normally I'd be inclined to agree, but the introduction of salary, hotness of wife, boats, convertibles, etc. into a conversation always leads me to believe meltdown is imminent. I mean, he introduced that as a defense against the notion that he's a ****ty person. "I'm not ****ty! I have a boat!"
  5. Ah, the ever popular and convincing: "Do you know how much money I make and how hot my wife is!?!?" argument. And only after the third reply of the exchange. Well done. Ladies and gentlemen, we're approaching meltdown mode!
  6. I really don't care how you feel about them. You've demonstrated that you're not worth the concern of others, because you're an incredibly ****ty person. I will say, however, that I will enjoy watching you suffer over the coming weeks and months. That you do deserve.
  7. It's not name calling. I'm simply sharing my opinion of you, which I've based on several years of observation. As to your "content"... My observation speaks directly to the type of individual who would stand on it.
  8. Again, you're an unbelievably ****ty person. There aren't many people here whom I genuinely dislike on a personal level. There's plenty of banter, and lots of disagreement, but on the whole I tend to believe that in 1:1 situations, afforded to opportunity to sit down with one another, I would get along just fine with most, and genuinely enjoy the company of many. Not you. You're crass, craven, sour, dishonest, and you strike me as having an ugly and hateful soul. I don't believe you to have a single redeeming quality.
  9. There's also the whole thing where we can, root our corruption, and prosecute bad actors within our own government; difficult as it may be. It get's impossibly tricky to do this within the governments of other nations, when their national self-interests might include things like not having their intelligence services and executive branches dismantled by foreign governments; and might require going to war to accomplish.
  10. To be completely honest, I knew exactly what play he was talking about as soon as I read the title.
  11. I'm sorry, but Hollywood is completely out of ideas and all they have left are these freaking reboots. Also, how do you cast Thomas Magnum without a mustache?
  12. I LOVE JOSH !@#$ING ALLEN!!!
  13. Ladies and gentlemen, it's been a long time, but I think we finally have our guy.
  14. Agreed. I'm still not sure how that's not ruled a forward pass.
