  1. You think it's believable that a medical professional charged with the documentation, on multiple occasions over a course of years, of the events in question as a part of ongoing therapies related directly to the trauma caused by the events in question did not accurately log the information he was given by his patient? Really?
  2. It's not an opinion. It's a factual representation of the events in question, recounted to you by individuals who actually watched the speech themselves, as opposed to someone like yourself who is proud to have others, who are lying to advance an agenda, tell him what to think. And again, were you to watch the full speech, which you won't because you're enamored with your own willful ignorance, you'd know.
  3. Mic went off and the hunched shoulders immediately went away, the tears dried up, and a big smiling toothy grin was cast directly at her attorney.
  4. Present to me the legal case(s) being made by "the right" under which the presumption of innocence should be scraped when the accused is a minority. Document this on any level of American legislature, never mind in a freaking Senate hearing. Also, document why you believe Brett Kavanaugh to be an "entitled prick".
  5. She's telling a story, trying to create a visual impression for the listener, not giving testimony.
  6. "pinballing off the walls on the way down" A detail she could not have known, having been locked in a bathroom.
  7. This is so !@#$ing ironic that it hurts. That's what you're doing. You're listening to what others have to say, indulging a fantasy, rather than actually watching the event for yourself. You're trusting that the emperor is clothed in finery, because that's what the royal court is telling you; never stopping to question, and examine the primary evidence for yourself. You're nothing beyond a useful idiot.
  8. A lead-in with an attack on the presumption of innocence.
  9. The audacity of these people is unreal. "The Federal Emergency Management Agency is expected to reimburse mainland power companies for their work in Puerto Rico. Donald Caetano, a spokesman for the agency, said that companies that were “savvy enough” to include the taxes in their original contract language could also have the tax bills reimbursed by FEMA by submitting those expenses to Puerto Rico’s public utility, Prepa. But that would leave federal taxpayers responsible for millions of dollars flowing into municipal coffers in Puerto Rico beyond the repair costs the federal government is already paying." "The 15-year recession in Puerto Rico has left municipalities eager to collect taxes, said Tómas J. Torres, executive director of the Institute for Competitiveness and Sustainable Economy, a nonprofit in San Juan. He said that linemen from the mainland making much more than their Prepa counterparts could not help but produce an impression that the utilities could easily pay the tax — whether they made profits in Puerto Rico or not. “They should not be mad,” Mr. Torres said. “This is an issue of communication and understanding Puerto Rican law more than anything else.” He added, “It’s a matter of sitting down at the table and sorting out any argument that they have.”
  10. Another example of a moron not actually watching his speech, but instead relying on an openly hostile media, spreading a false narrative, to tell you what to think. The President was not laughed at by the UN.
  11. When the President get skewered by the likes of Kimmel, Colbert, at el it helps him with average every day Americans. They don't relate to limousine liberals who mock them, and look down upon them.
  12. What did he say? I'm on about a 20 minute delay.
  13. I don't know if that's true, but I do know that people find his candor in this regard, and his willingness to punch back at those who are casting aspersions, very refreshing. Especially those who have rejected our politics and politicians as sophists who seek only to enrich themselves through the trimmings of office.
  14. I would have loved to be a fly on the wall for that conversation.
  15. bull ****. If Brett Kavanaugh rejects the charges being made against him outright (and he has), charges of gross criminal activity, it is perfectly reasonable to question her not reporting as part of the questioning of her credibility given the manner in which the charges are now being cast. Women are not delicate creatures who need special protection. They are adults, equal to men, who have agency. I reject, wholesale, that she should not be questioned in this manner.
  16. This is untrue, given your referencing of "Brett Kavanaugh's creepy sexual deviancy." You have attempted to legitimize it, conferring truth on the allegations. Speak to it.
  17. Document, document, document. ONLY conduct business correspondence via email.
  18. We are, but to differing degrees. I have more education than her, but recognize her as my intellectual equal.
  19. I do it because I met someone who shares, down the most intricate minutia, my values and morals, my goals and dreams, has nearly perfectly overlapping interests and passions, whom I share an incredible intimacy with unlike any woman I ever met before her, and I am attracted to on a physical level in an overwhelming way. She cares deeply for me in the same way, and demonstrates it in the way she lives her life to make mine easier, just as I do with mine for her. She's the very best friend I've ever made, and spending time with another woman would just mean less time I was able to spend with her. I don't think monogamy is for everyone, and until I met my wife I never would have thought that it was for me. Some might say that the grass isn't always greener, but for me it's not that. It's that I can visibly see how much more lush my lawn is than everyone else's.
  20. Talk to me about "Brett Kavanaugh's creepy sexual deviancy", preferably in terms of evidence, timing, and why we should believe the accusers. Then explain, in great detail, why abstinence is a poor choice, why children shouldn't be educated about it; and then explain the connection between abstinence and gang rape.
  21. You still haven't addressed the reasoning by which you are willing to accept bogus claims about rates of sexual assault (assuming the worst sorts of criminality and low morals amongst the male population), which I addressed earlier; but refuse to believe that women make false claims to their own benefit with any sort of frequency (assuming the best sorts of honesty and integrity and high morals amongst the female population), refusing to acknowledge the longstanding accepted clinical psychology of women using guile and deceit to their benefit as an evolutionary trait (more so then men), just as men, having evolved larger and naturally stronger than women, and driven by testosterone, used brute strength as theirs.
  22. Yes, but they've been demonetized and their Patreon account has been blocked as well.
  23. It was referred to the FBI, who told the referrer "this is a matter for local law enforcement". It's a 35 year old allegation, presented in a very unusual manner, solely for political impact, and is outside of the FBI's jurisdiction. Further, the FBI has already conducted numerous comprehensive background checks of Kavanaugh in which none of this surfaced. The purpose of this is to have a SCOTUS confirmation hearing treated like a university Title IX investigation post "dear colleague letter", only without even having to rise to the standard "preponderance of evidence", but rather, in the words of Senator Schumer: "Kavanaugh must prove he is not guilty."
