She's been largely quiet in comparison, but she's running on President Obama's economic platform of stagnation at a time when we're seeing nearly unprecedented prosperity. Biden? That's a farce that speaks for itself. The Democrats best bets are names like Oprah and Zuckerberg; and Zuckerberg may well be in jail by that point.

Getting his ass kicked is an important part of a man's emotional and moral growth. It teaches you both why being able to defend yourself, and those you care about is important; but it also teaches why violence should always be a last resort: getting punched in the mouth always sucks. Always. And that "sucks" scales up as the violence multiplies. And lastly, that scaling of violence is the ultimate justification of gun ownership, and of military supremacy. You always want to have the best force multiplier. I've had my ass kicked many times on the path to learning how to defend myself, often by choice. I've also had my ass kicked intellectually, on the internet and in person, when debating ideas with other people. Exactly in the same way physical beatings taught me lessons about self defense and discipline, intellectual beatings taught me lessons about not making poor, unstructured, or unsourced arguments, vetting sources, understanding the subject matter, etc. The fact that you don't recognize intellectual sparring, or the fact that you can and should experience growth and development from the experience when you lose, explains a lot about you. It, unfortunately, also means that you've already reached the peak of your intellectual growth. You may amass more facts, but have absolutely no idea how to use them. That makes you little different than an encyclopedia. I'm a person who values intellectual endeavor and truth, and yes, that's made me fairly successful. I guess you're the other guy.

Anyone who supports the legitimization of a blatant character assassination of a good man without any evidence of wrongdoing on political grounds, as part of a political process is a moron. What you are supporting is going to lead directly to wide scale violence. Why on Earth would you want to support this? When you legitimize this sort of thing, It's the only thing you're ever going to get going forward, and is, quite literally, the end of the peaceful political process. What the Democrats are doing is disgusting, and must be outright rejected for the health of our country.

First of all, there's no such thing as "a thorough understanding of macro economics". Economics, especially macro, is a field of study and theory which is constantly evolving, and widely disputed. Secondly, even if it were explained to you, there's a strong chance you'd deny it was economics anyhow.

The organization immediately issued a statement contradicting this; and Carlson should be fired immediately in disgrace. This was gross malfeasance on the behalf of Bob Carlson, and discredits the ABA as an organization as long as he is in power.

This is heartwarming news. People never stop to think about how fortunate we are not to have had protracted wars in our streets in the last 150 years. Landmines and other unexploded ordinances, remnants of years of war torn suffering, extend the tragedies of war decades beyond their end.
