  1. The use of Bryce Brown can easily be explained by the conditions of the draft pick we sent to Philly for him.
  2. How many Raiders games have you watched this season?
  3. I think you can add more than 3 for Sammy. Many of the great plays Woods or Hogan had were made possible by the amount of coverage dedicated to Sammy. One example was that great play by Woods on 4th down against the Browns. Sammy had triple coverage on him that play IIRC. There hasn't been a Bills WR that gets that much attention from a defense in a long time.
  4. I'm referring to the hissy fit Marrone allegedly threw during the Watkins trade.
  5. So Marrone throws a hissy fit = jerk, Urbik throws a hissy fit = who cares?
  6. Maybe he should've outplayed them then.
  7. He lost his job to Chris Williams and threw a temper tantrum.
  8. So why did Urbik start in 2013? To stick it to Whaley?
  9. Urbik has been here for 4 years and started last season.
  10. Can't wait til JTSP asserts that Jarvis Landry and Martavis Bryant should've been our choices because they remind him of Randy Moss, unlike Sammy who reminds him of Troy Polamalu.
  11. He's still the fourth overall pick, with a pretty sizable pay check. He can sulk about the media being big meanies while partying in his mansion.
  12. Hughes is also ten times the player. Close enough.
  13. There's definitely a strong case for it being DPI. But, there were many other plays earlier in the game that had strong cases for DPI. The refs were "letting them play." Which I personally find moronic, but in the lens of that whole game, it's consistent.
  14. We were in a bidding war with Cleveland apparently.
  15. I believe that's against the rules, and yet, has no bearing on the DPI call.
  16. 2. Both players were semi-grabbing. In fact, the offensive player grabbed the defender's face mask. 3. Again, with minimal contact, not looking back is not grounds for DPI in the NFL. Bottom-line, that no-call was consistent with the rest of the game. There was as much if not more contact on other no-calls earlier. The refs got it wrong by announcing it early.
  17. True. But if there's a guy I want rolling out and throwing on a jailbreak bitz, it's Wilson.
  18. He had one catch for 3 yards against the Dolphins. 2 for 11 in SD. 2 for 36 (his best performance) against the Bears. Hogster's first 3 games, he put up 2 for 27, 5 for 72 and a TD, and 5 for 63 (including a circus catch to set up the winning TD). That sealed MW's fate. The coaches got to play a hard worker whose first 3 games outproduced MW's first 4. No brainer to keep playing him. I find it far more likely Williams recieved a reduced role because of his comments. It fits the type of personality that Marrone has, as well as why he had a major role up to that point.
  19. They were allowing the sort of contact on that DPI all game. Face guarding is not illegal. The refs are guilty of announcing the call too early.
  20. The Houston game. He wasn't really playing well though. I doubt he would've been benched as long if Hogan didn't produce as well as he did after replacing him.
  21. Called out his coaching staff to the reporters. It's a big no-no in just about every sport.
  22. Which means? What about their # of drops? Targeted just means they looked his way, not that the ball was catchable. I think we can all agree you'd rather have Eli targeting you than KO.
  23. Picking the Bengals in a big game is ludicrous.
