  1. Bills parted with two firsts, and got one back. Which was used on Sammy. It's virtually the same as trading one first rounder for a player already picked in the first round.
  2. Maye he's confusing semantics for subtraction.
  3. Then why did you say this? Sammy will be good but he was never 2 first round picks better than ODB jr.
  4. No. I've had enough of this argument, or spin, or whatever. Quite enough. This statement, "Sammy will be good but he was never 2 first round picks better than ODB jr." is wrong. ODB cost a first rounder, and Sammy cost 2. Net difference of one. Not two.
  5. Yep. It's Sammy > ODB + first rounder. Net change of one first round pick.
  6. Rhodes was 31 when he was an FA. He wasn't going to get a big contract. Incognito has mental health problems.
  7. None of those players were blackballed, they just suck or are old. Is Dan Marino blackballed from the NFL because he can't get a QB job right now? Is Aaron Maybin blackballed?
  8. Who would you rather have? JFF has the most potential out of anyone available. And Bradford sucks.
  9. Was Jerry Rice Jerry Rice after one season? Lots of ODB love in here. Wait til Cruz starts vulturing targets.
  10. The Giants had Sammy over ODB. But, you know, same old Bils trading up for the best WR and offensive prospect in the draft. Outsmarting themselves with a great WR. Just imagine if there's a decent DB or LB at #19? The horror.
  11. Especially in 3 different offenses.
  12. How many winning seasons has a guy like Kyle Williams, the pinnacle of Bills fifth round pick success, had? How many has he gotten us? Again, if he sucks, cut him. Kyle Williams/Cyril Richardson isn't getting us in the postseason. Thank god. What would we have done if Cyril Richardson blew off a practice?
  13. Pepper left the team of his own volition too.
  14. Yes yes, what would we have done without Cyril Richardson?
  15. Because I was making an example. I realize that what happened with Pep is business, but compared to other recent events, it's a double standard. Expect coaches to stick around because of some warped sense of loyalty, but they get treated like crap in return and it's just business.
  16. I'm not viewing this as a negative. I just find the double standard of loyalty and what is "right" to be laughable.
  17. Really? I thought we had a DL coach since the start of the offseason, named Pepper Johnson. I guess Pepper saw some Buffalo loyalty firsthand. Best defensive line in the NFL? Let's force our D-line coach to quit or get demoted.
  18. This is a jerk move, right? Leaving the Bills, not even for a promotion? Can't believe it. Not far from the Doug Marrone cloth.
  19. Right, but I always thought it was Hackett's way of saying, "we aren't gonna have those same problems Chan did." Little did we know.
  20. You forget that many were angry at Chan for not giving the ball to Spiller enough. "Winded," "It's Fred's turn," etc.
  21. Beef Jerky has never been fooled by tape, apparently. Look on his works, ye mighty, and despair.
  22. So you meant exclusively both?
  23. No. I think he may have the best reward/risk ratio. I think that, if he got his crap together, he could be better than Mark Sanchez ever will be.
