  1. What do injuries do? Accelerate his progress? EJ was never a Colin Kaepernick or Cam Newton. He runs like Aaron Rodgers does. This revisionist history about his "game" being limited is crap.
  2. Imagine if EJ still ran. He'd have 4 games instead of 14.
  3. Then abstain. No need for a debate.
  4. It's a question of faith. If you think he will be or think he won't be. Neither answer is wrong. How could this be complicated?
  5. If anything screams emotionally invested in player, it's this.
  6. If they're looking to cut him, why would they care about trade value? Clearly, he has none.
  7. I didn't know IMO is his signature. Apologies.
  8. Can you even name the Jags QB's at the time?
  9. He said that was his opinion. Not that it was from any insider info.
  10. I think that's a stretch, only because the folks with any authority in those Catholic institutions actually do care about public opinion and aren't loony. The folks with authority in a group like ISIS seem more resistant to that sort of thing.
  11. You know someone else kills them, right? They don't wait for the fish to die on their own.
  12. BF4E is putting out perhaps the best argument for gun control ever. I sure as hell am thinking twice about letting him own weapons.
  13. George Wilson picked off Brady once or twice and we all know how good he is.
  14. He flamed out of Redskins training camp. If Searcy leaves, Duke will start.
  15. They sure will. I just don't hold the other 75% responsible for them.
  16. Bull ****. The 25% of extremist supporters in the ME are not going to change their minds. Especially not because of public condemnation from people that they think are worthless or infidels or what have you.
  17. Because they have more supporters.
  18. What fantasy are you living in? You want a father of 3 to yell at an ISIS guy with an AK? I suppose it's easy to expect more from over here. We aren't in any danger.
  19. Let's use some placeholder values. Let's say that 70% of the Muslim community in the Middle East is against ISIS. 25% are supporters, and 5% are actual members. if the 70% condemn ISIS, are the 25% changing their minds? Are they figuring it out? Or is it a, "we'll kill them and the condemnation will hamper recruiting," situation? I just don't see any tangible results. I also don't see how they're responsible. If half my neighborhood is full of KKK members, is it my responsibility to condemn them in the local paper and possibly have my life and the life of my family in jeopardy? Ideally, maybe. Realistically, no.
  20. I realize that supporters of those groups do exist, and probably at a higher percentage of the total population. The umbrage I took with Jim's post was the fact that he was putting it on the rest of the Muslim world to stop these terrorist groups. Which will never happen. Public condemnation is fine, and more of it could be a positive. But I won't condemn the western Muslim world because ISIS exists.
  21. Do you know that Reggie Bush is not in the new staff's plans? Maybe they were hoping he would be.
  22. You said "Reggie Bush please". No I didn't. If you're going with a FA running back of that type, stick with someone who actually wants to be a Bill. Enjoys being a Bill. Liking Buffalo hasn't helped Spiller win too many games for Buffalo. But instead of either, built through the draft. Cheaper. Tell me how sticking with the RBs we have under contract and adding one through the draft given the rookie wage scale (our first selection being in the 2nd round) would become "more expensive"? Because then we couldn't use our second round pick on a guard. We'd have already used it on an RB. Draft picks are a zillion times more valuable than an extra million in unused cap space.
  23. And use a draft pick. More expensive.
  24. Before you continue your fake self-derision schtick, know that you can't prove that accuracy can't be taught either.
  25. The point was that while it is a better stat, it is still imperfect.
