  1. The flip side is if we are gonna be a run heavy team, a 6th round pick on a guy who has high round talent is great bang for your buck, and Gillislee insurance. I would certainly take him late. Those are all facts, Jack. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/11/08/richie-incognito-molesting-woman-golf_n_4240725.html http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/ncaaf/2014/10/31/emails-reveal-roots-of-karlos-williams-domestic-battery-case/18242761/ http://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/10956613/jameis-winston-roommates-chris-casher-ronald-darby-face-disciplinary-hearing
  2. The difference between college broadcasts and NFL broadcasts was stark this season. A college team would be running the offense after both the extra point and kickoff before the NFL got finished with the 3rd commercial. Good move.
  3. Third is WAAAAAY too high. 5th-7th at best. She signed Richie who molested a woman with a putter. Darby who was a witness to a alleged rape. And Karlos who allegedly abused his baby momma.
  4. One word. Guts. Mobility. Toughness.
  5. I think Cutler would beat him out probably. That doesn't mean the coaches think that.
  6. You can certainly start your own topic on the top 5 most productive players.
  7. EJ didn't get a backup job. He got a camp body job.
  8. Because all backups are guys you don't want starting for the most part?
  9. Again, I'm not disputing that Dennison had a say in retaining TT. I'm saying that no OC in the NFL is marrying a QB as his "guy" for years because he had a couple good practices 3 years ago. I still have no doubt if Cutty was out #2, it would be TT's job to lose. But get Cutty in a system he's had success in, with a change of scenery, and he could push TT IMO. It wasn't that long ago he was a better QB than 20th in the NFL. Remember that Dennison didn't love TT enough to want to keep him at the original contract. It's not all rainbows and lollipops.
  10. Circumstances clearly can change. I don't think Roman disliked TT as his QB week one as much as he did week 8.
  11. easier said than done.
  12. But that's what the topic is about. No one is arguing total production.
  13. His post leg is screwed up when he plays on the right because of his arthritic knee. That's been the opinion of many knowledgeable fans as well as former players. Otherwise, why hasn't he beat out Mills? The idea that Kujo magically woke up and could play both LT and RT sounds more far-fetched to me.
  14. To be blunt, you think that Julio was probably getting better passes than Watkins?
  15. TT's experience in the system as a backup running scout team ain't the same as a guy who went to the Pro Bowl running the Kubiak O. I think Cutty is probably the best backup this team could ask for. If TT misses any significant time and Cardale hasn't shown anything, Cutty is probably the best QB out there who can win games.
  16. That's relatively irrelevant if they saw similar #'s of targets though, no?
  17. Previous experience in the system, better passer, good relationship with the staff. I could honestly see it. He could at least push TT.
  18. You're forgetting Levitre!
  19. He'd probably beat out TT for the job.
  20. I took it about "talent." Not performance.
  21. Size IMO is talent, and that's why I think I like Evans and Green too.
  22. Sporttrac says we have $16M in cap.
  23. Watkins over Brown/Green/Jones/OBJ/Hopkins/Evans?
  24. Because he's been riding Nix's stars to mediocre seasons. Gilmore, Dareus, Hughes, Mario, Bradham, Searcy, Byrd, Wood, Glenn, Aaron Williams. Now that we've lost all but 4 of those guys, we're dropping.
  25. To this day, I have no idea what he was looking at with that Jags pick.
