Nope, your whole arguement supports the idea that race should be a factor in hiring. It should not be. Hire somene who knows and cares about what they are doing. The whole rooney thing is just plain wrong. I am not a minority yet, and have been passed over for many jobs in my comapnay becaue they did not have their quota for minorities. When I do become a minority, which should be in a few years, will I get to play the race card then? Will I ask why there are so few white minority coaches in the league? Chances are I wont have to, because race shouldnt matter and the person who is the best at that position will win out.

Oh because there are a lot of black players therefore all the coaches should be black? My race is considered white, but should I call myself a European American? Please stop with this minority thing, call it what it really is, hire a black coach because "whatever lame excuse you can come up with insert here". I hope we just plain hire someone who cares about winning, and not weather our QB is white or running back is black.

Where are the spanish american coaches? Last time it was counted spanish americans are now the largest minoroity group in America. Is it then racisit to keep calling for coaches to be black? Stop with the poor black coaches bit it just whinning. If the popualtion of blacks in America is 14% then please, please tell me why there should be 50% black coaches?

Why in the world would you put Grey in over Cotrell? Getting a coach here is not a problem there are a ton of guys out there that would love to coach an NFL team. I think most coaches want some type of challange, except phil jackson of the nba. Why would you want to do the John gruden thing and take over some team another coach built up?

Adam I am glad to see him go because it gives hope to this team. Our current GM really didnt have the right vision when it came to making this team a contender. I can see someone making mistakes. He hired an inexperinced coach the first time and that was a mistake, then he did the exact same thing the second time. No excuse, he screwed the pooch.

Sorry I see that it was a question posed. I just got so excited when I first read it. I have held season tickets since 94 and I dont live in NY anymore so I have to pick my games to go to. I had the dec 11 game circled for so long. Then I heard last wek Moulds was running the team and decided we should be mediocre instead of actually putting in the unknown. So, I wasnt going to go to the game, then I saw that statement, or at least I thought it was a statement. I was actually excited for our team. I still hope JP gets the call and Malarkey stands up to the dam wannabe coaches. Sorry if I got everyone excited, but it was nice, dam a hope.

Your kidding right? You really think Losman would have been as bad as Holcomb? Holcomb does not give this team a chance to win. We do not need a bus driver at QB, we need someone who can do something. What is somewhat disturbing is that when the game was totally lost MM didnt even send Losman in for a spark to the team. Does that even make sense? No it dosent, therefore we are going nowhere for a long time, if ever. When MM finally gets canned we wont have any players left on this team. You either have to adapt or die, right now the team is dying. The only thing that will give us a chance is to put Losman back in and let him make his mistakes now. Holcomb is going to get us nowhere except deeper in the hole with no hope to get out. Wake up MM!

I have followed the Bills and have been a fan since 87. This is the first time I have felt zero hope for the team. I have supported them trough thick and lots of thin, even the RJ years. I always hoped they would pull it off. The latest move with taking JP out really sucks. There is no hope in Holcomb doing anything at all. JP career has been sabatoged. I have had season tickets for over ten years and I probably wont even watch this game. I know this horse has been beat to death, just wanted to vent my dislike for Malarkey the weak man who can stand up for doing the right thing.
