  4. If MM resigns and Modrak doesn't know about it, things are even worse than I imagined...
  5. We have an 87 yr old owner who: -refuses to pay for quality coaches or front office -claims was not involved in team operations, yet he called the GM daily, met all FA's visting the team, sat in the draft war room We have a 80 yr GM old who: -has never been a gm before -doesn't have any experience dealing with the salary cap -doesn't even have basic computer knowledge We have a Head Coach who: -continued to play a vet QB no matter how bad he performed -yanked a rookie QB at the first sign of trouble -sees all of the problems with the team, doesn't want his family to have to deal with the criticism and wants to resign "Paging Tom Golisano. Tom Golisano you have an urgent phone call from Bills fans everywhere!"
  6. find Chris Brown's article(broncos week, I believe) on Moulds in Bills Digest.. this was not the first time Moulds pitched a fit during a game...
  7. I don't like them either, but they were all 1st rnd picks by Parcells.
  8. Bledsoe, Pennington, Keyshawn, Ingram..
  9. "An essential characteristic of the superhero mythology is, there's the superhero, and there's the alter ego. Batman is actually Bruce Wayne, Spider-Man is actually Peter Parker. When he wakes up in the morning, he's Peter Parker. He has to put on a costume to become Spider-Man. And it is in that characteristic that Superman stands alone. Superman did not become Superman, Superman was born Superman. When Superman wakes up in the morning, he's Superman. His alter ego is Clark Kent. His outfit with the big red "S", that's the blanket he was wrapped in as a baby when the Kents found him. Those are his clothes. What Kent wears, the glasses, the business suit, that's the costume. That's the costume Superman wears to blend in with us. Clark Kent is how Superman views us. And what are the characteristics of Clark Kent? He's weak, he's unsure of himself... he's a coward. Clark Kent is Superman's critique on the whole human race. "

  12. It was a fake Arnold.. the best part was later on, when they finally told George Takei that it wasn't really Arnold.

  14. I'd rather have Joey Galloway with the Bills than TO...
  15. 6-San Francisco 49ers: D’Brickashaw Ferguson OT UVA: Jonas Jennings was a major stiff and Alex Smith was running for his life all season. Jennings can move to RT or inside and be more effective. This is frankly a bad pick, but the 49ers haven’t shown that they can pick well.
  16. After reading your posts all these years, I'm sure your explanation would have been more eloquent than mine. P.S. Is it too early to look forward to the draft party at RWS?
  17. The bigger issue, would be your ILB's getting torn up by guards, because Sam will get sealed off by the center while attempting to dive into the backfield...
  18. I guess I'm #4.. How many more do we need before we officially become a "gang"??
  19. Bruce could never be a coach... because he would actually have to work during training camp..
  20. Cerrato is an example I used to make a point about the difference between a coach and a GM.
  21. Race cars do not have salary caps. Gibbs is currently a coach, who doesn't deal with salary caps. Vinny Cerrato manages the cap for Gibbs. Hire Vinny Cerrato as our GM, make Marv the President and I'd be jumping for joy.
  22. The cap is not just a budget. It is not simple accounting. The only way to manage the cap is to understand a players worth in cap dollars. If you don't, you'll have guys like Sam Rogers, John Holocek and John Fina dragging you into "cap jail". This is something Marv knows absolutely nothing about, but don't worry people will once again be free to bring in protest signs..
  23. Marvin Lewis
  24. "The fact that you are a sheriff is not germane to the situation. "
