  1. I agree KDiggz. Tell anyone who wil listen how far you came for a game. You’ll get a warm welcome from everyone. Best NFL fans by far in the league. If you don’t have Jerseys for everyone in you’re group, you can always grab one at the Bills store.
  2. Beck, KJ is right if he wants to post anything, that’s his prerogative, but not an obligation. Someone earlier posted one of the pics on Twitter, and I just clicked on the link. It was simple. Beck, I’m sure if get in IG, it should be easy to find. I don’t do IG often, or Snapchat for that matter or Twitter, but I can at least fumble my way through some searches.
  3. And everyone know this… South Park is so wrong and right all at the same time.
  4. Hey 5-0 (As in Hawaii), I can safely say all of us are just glad you’re making it, and have fun. You’ll enjoy Hammers. Everyone does, and you’ll find you’re way to Buffalo pizza, beef on weck, and of course MT (Mighty Taco)
  5. So between two QB’s, they throw three picks in a game, are 3-4, and losing to even losing teams. That’s a great QB stable alrighty.
  6. I think we’re going to see a little more of Knox tonight. Probably not a ton of yards, but I’m guessing one IR even two TD’s. The other interesting division of responsibilities will be how much Shakir vs. Isaiah, and has Cook me a culpa enough in the bye week to get 5-7 targets. He was never going to get 15-20, but 5-7 is a good start.
  7. I’m not an alcoholic, I’m a drunk (not really), alcoholics have to go to meetings. Saw this on a T-Shirt in the city (NYC) 20 years ago. A work buddy and I laughed our arses off, so I bought him the shirt when we saw later in a little shop. He told me all these years later, he still has it. As far as the story Solly, thanks for sharing. I love reading stories like this one. A very wise and caring young man. Those kind of attributes should pay wonderful dividends as he grows up.
  8. Unfortunately, I had a medical symposium all day Saturday after a long week, but Sunday I felt the same Wiz. So many bad and boring teams around the league. Even my second, and a far 2nd team, the Bucs were just plain bad. The O Line looked atrocious, Brady is lost as he’s having to release so quickly and the line can’t run block so that element is out. The Steelers looked like World Champs. Thankfully, I was with a bunch of buddies at a Wings Sports bar flirting with a buddy’s housemate. They are friends so had fun joking around with her. You should’ve heard the fans here. They wanted to about hang from the rosters everyone on the team. Whats interesting from a Bills perspective is what introspective McD and crew made and will come out tonight. They are I believe after a bye undefeated in the McBeane administration. This should be another year of a post bye win. God I love the Buffalo Bills!
  9. But Doc, the majority of those games are with a guy named Brady. Without Brady, as Sal on WGR pointed out before the season he is 71-79 without Brady. Now after 7 games that is 74-83. He hasn’t faced a 5-2 Jets in over a decade I’m guessing going back to Wrex. The Jets defense is getting it done, their run game has been decent, but we don’t know if the Breece IR will be a major impact. IMO, it’s possible. Besides, this is just a fun exercise with friends. I agree BB is a HOF Coach, but he’s not the mastermind playing 3D chess vs. the league checkers like so many analysts state like a broken freakin record. Doc, I do appreciate that stat bud on BB.
  10. Fire, I’ve commented in other threads, I agree the Bills are actively working on it, and Im sure Von is rallying key players on the team to reach out to OBJ, namely a guy who wears the #17 number. It makes sense. It’s not a draft trade as he’s a FA, he wouldn’t play until Thanksgiving or December games. December is really to get him comfortable with Allen and vise versa. He won’t cost much as he’s lobbying the rest of the NFL for a higher end contract next year or two. He helped the Rams a great deal last year in their run for the SB. I don’t want to extend draft trade offers as we need these picks for depth next year. We can always benefit from another 1-2 OL (Interior), and Safety. We also need cheap labor as Allen, and others extensions will start ramping up. We have the cap blowing up steadily for the next several years, but it’s how Beane keeps all the balls in the air and times these extensions. I really hope we don’t waste pics on other players. If we want a different depth RB (I’m not saying we need a chat from Motor as he’s doing fine), and they are still reticent to place Cook on the field much as they don’t trust him yet, we have Duke on the PS.
  11. Dawk, I actually think there is merit to the rumor on the Fish trying to get him as their player and part owner. When Arians stuck to his guns as he was behind that call, it forced Brady’s hand. If he wasn’t crapping out so badly lately, I could’ve seen him still pulling the trigger on the move next year to Miami. BTW, I could care less if he does as Allen is peaking and Brady looks bad. I root for him simply because my kids and friends are Bucs fans. I’ll go back to hating him when he is out of Tampa. I do like how it makes Brady making BB instead of the reverse.
  12. You’re first mistake is watching anything he puts out. He’s doing it on purpose to get a rise out of people and gain clickbait. ESPN is loaded with these types of guys. Its like in the afternoons, I refuse to put on WGR as those tools at 3 are lazy, contentious, annoying. I enjoy the morning shows, Luke warm about OBL, and prefer to listen to NFLR as I love the MTC guys. It’s also why I stopped watching about all of ESPN as it pertains to the NFL except for NFL Matchup, MNF sometimes, and have still yet to watch the Manning cast. I’ve heard it’s excellent though. Im hopeful Matchup focuses on the Bills in the morning. They usually pick three to four games so that would be fun. Looking at the games, it is on paper a real matchup, but not the way the Packers are playing. I’m sticking my original pick, Jets over Cheats.
  13. The eyeball test as you mentioned speaks to a different tune. He flashes at times and I was hoping the McKenzie from the Pats game last year is what I was hoping we would see consistently this year. The one McKenzie drop in KC was discussed at length on the various WGR shows, and that that one was on Allen for not placing the ball in the right spot. I do like what we are beginning to see from Shakir. I agree with a couple of posters people like Cupp are not slot receivers, even though they line up at times in the slot. Then again, I’d say the same on Godwin. I watch the Bucs weekly when it’s doesn’t conflict with the Bills and Godwin is more like Davis. Scott Miller is the Bucs slot guy. That’s why these lists are not always accurate.
  14. Thanks Wiz. I’ll watch in the morning. You always add to this board and are level headed in you’re comments.
  15. Yeah, I think the line is still on the Pats, so why not jump on the Jets. It’s a feel good story, and they won’t beat us next week. They will be beaming with confidence if they take down the Pats, and then will hit a buzz saw with us in 8 days. Besides I don’t hate the Jets, only Jets trolls coming here and pretending to be Bills fans, yet always finding flaws. That’s really the minority as I know a lot of Jets fans down here, and almost all of them know we are the superior team. They just like to finally have some hope for their future with Salah. I don’t think Wilson is their future as he’s not really progressing, just the team around him got better with all of those draft picks. Then there’s always the st k it to Cheats angle. That’s a given those ars clowns.
  16. Hes talented, but we are deep on the D Line this year. That’s not an area we need to bolster. Especially as we need the draft capital to offset the impact several contract extensions will be popping including the guy who wears #17. Other teams who are relatively close and has the cash will most likely find a home. I also am very cynical that Coach wants to part with a high impact rusher who is young. I’ll write what I always write on these “let’s bring him in” threads, we’re not playing Madden.
  17. Yeah Mike. He was playing well in the playoffs last year and was a significant portion of why the Rams won the SB. A soon as he was hurt in the game, the offense sputtered. Beane wouldn’t bring him one r if the team doctors and trainers didn’t sign off on his health from the surgery. I’ve heard enough doctors on various sites like NFLR who say the liklihood of a second ACL after a first one is significant. We’ll, he’s had two now. Someone else will pay him a much larger number than us next year. He’s a rental for the drive to win the championship this year. We have enough draft capital, and Shakir will likely continue to develop into his 2nd year. So bottom line, is no draft picks to give up, a short contract to finish this year, and only if he’s 100%. Why wouldn’t a Bills fan want that to close the year strong. We already have barring no other Hyde like injuries the deepest roster in the NFL.
  18. OBJ is a free agent so no draft capital is needed and he won’t be expensive as hes not going to play until December. He’s shopping himself for next year. We need the cheap labor in our draft picks to counter Allen’s and the other expensove contracts Beane has extended (all of which I agree). Its these conditions that draws me to wanting OBJ as our third guy. He certainly would be better if healthy than what we have on the roster.
  19. BB, I don’t mind him, just the sports analysts who constantly pump him up about being the most dynamic QB in the league, when PM, and JA are clearly superior in almost every aspect. He’s a great athlete and a solid QB, but even Burrow is better than him.
  20. I’m just paroozing after a busy day, and although I put Rodgers towards the top, that was a good call on D. Watson. He’s such a reprehensible person and I loathe men who try and take advantage of women.
  21. Dude you only live once, and you can always make more $. If your taking you’re son or something, he’ll never forget it.
  22. He’s going through a divorce, his O Line looks horrendous, and we now know he missed half of camp to try save his marriage. Im no Brady fan, but he is going through a lot. I would think he hangs hit up after this year.
  23. Sammy is so far in the rear view mirror, that’s fine. The guy was jobbed by Maroone of memory serves when he was injured. I don’t have anything against the guy. At least he’s admitted his early career mistakes.
  24. Im hopeful we start working Cook into the mix a little. I’m thinking 5-7 short passes could work. Motor is our workhorse back. We can pull up Duke if we need a Back.
