Evolution of your opinions

Or pragmatic my Tampa friend. When the season starts if you want to catch a game, pm me. I live in Westchase. -
ND, you need to change you’re avatar to TMZ. 😇. Just kidding brother. I could care less who Josh dates as long as he’s happy and is focused.

SI dumping all over McDermott at #22

It’s a lame take like Diggs should be gone in another thread. The kings of decisions made during the 17 yr. drought. -
Should Josh Allen be tougher on Diggs?
machine gun kelly replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
What do some of you not want to have Diggs at the core care about winning and so what if he’s pissed. These critics sounds like you never played sports at a high level. I had guys pissed all the time when losing or the game was lost. I even remember my Dad as a kid was not someone you talked with after a significant loss and that wa freakin softball. Granted it was a really competitive league, but he’s also in the NYS HOF for both baseball and softball, was given a tryout by the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1955 when he returned from the Korean War. He’s had 3 hole in 1’s, bowled a 300 game, and on and on. Competitors are fiery in a loss to a big game where you weren’t even competitive. Big deal, he was pissed, yelled at his QB, and was right that he wasn’t targeted enough. But it wasn’t that as the only reason of so many why we lost. Beane needs to give $24 mil in a signing bonus spread over 3 yrs., a $1-3mil. Salary for the first 2 years and Jack up the 3rd year to some absurd number we can get out of if we need to do so. Then we have Diggs, D Hop, Davis, with Sherfield or Harty subbing in for Davis at times, then DK 2 for 12, Harris and Labonte as our bangers, and Cook as our Kamara we hope. -
Hopkins released by Arizona (7/16: signed by Titans)
machine gun kelly replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
Thanks Zero. You’re a good Chiefs fan who is decent when getting on a Bills board. I thought similarly, but nice to hear from a Chiefs loyalist. im hopeful and even though how they could do it with a significant signing bonus but spread over three years with a minimal salary. It is doable for us. Its a tough road defending us with Diggs, Hop, Davis as he’s meant to be a #3, Kincaid and when needed Knox, or Cook or Harris. Wed finally be on the Bengals level with their skill players. 🤞 -

A really good read on Damien Harris
machine gun kelly replied to PrimeTime101's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree, but as far as health we don’t have to run Harris or Murray into the ground. Cool and maybe Hines with an off season will be impactful as they showed lots of glimpses. I don’t want to underestimate what this team could look like without turnstiles for Guards. McGovern and Mount O Cyrus could be exactly what we needed as Brown has finally an off season with no COVID, no final college season, no neck and back injuries, so let’s pray he uses that raw power with what Kroger is teaching him to make a stellar line. It’s possible. as Jimmy Conway said in Goodfellas, “It’s gonna be a good summa!” -
Miami game Wk 18 date/time TBD ???????????????
machine gun kelly replied to Ga boy's topic in The Stadium Wall
GA, I’ll pm you so you have my real name and cel. Let’s make it happen. we can also throw up a thread in early December as some TBDer must live in Miami to coordinate a lot to meet as a crew and make a day of it. The weather will be great -
People can do what they want. Having said that, it speaks to what a real fan they were of the original team. I’ll never leave the Bills. If I can survive 17 years of drought and even before the melodrama Flutie, and RJ, and the crappy mid 80’s, I’m confident I’m not changing. Now I do have a second team, but not as passionate, but I’ve lived in Tampa since 5 days before the Bills/Giants SB down here in Tampa. My kids are huge Bucs fans and all of my friends living here. Everyone knows I don’t nearly have the passion I do for the Red, White, and Royal Blue. Besides for me I have my AFC team, and my NFC team, and when they play each other in Tampa, I’ve proudly gone to every Bills/Bucs game every 8 years since 93 in my Bills jersey.

Miami game Wk 18 date/time TBD ???????????????
machine gun kelly replied to Ga boy's topic in The Stadium Wall
They won’t do a Thursday or Monday in week 18 so it’s going to be Saturday or Sunday. How much is on the line for each team will determine whether they move to Primetime. The Bills and now even the Fish are a draw of they are remotely close so it’s possible. You can probably make you’re arrangements one month out and you’ll know whether it’s a scrub game or worth something. I might go as well as I live in Tampa and been a few years since I went to a Bills/Miami game. Let me know brother closer to the end of. O ember and maybe we can tailgate. I always love hanging with the TBD boys before a game. I'm going to buff to the Raiders home opener. Should be fun. I take the kids in September, but haven’t done it since 2019 as the last one. My whole extended family gets tix as my sister works for the Sabres so she can do her magic on getting us tix for the family. -
The Jets are actually a good team to consider him. Prior to Rodgers a weak offense and stellar defense. That leg could keep them in games. Im also of course glad he’s getting a chance or maybe more to get back on track. This is why I’m not quick to demonize players or coaches when allegations come out. It’s always best to just let the system work it out and then make a judgment.

Will DeAndre Hopkins be available this offseason?
machine gun kelly replied to NeverOutNick's topic in The Stadium Wall
I loved the Bugs/Daffy reference. If D. Hop really wants to finish with us, he’s going to need to take a haircut from his contract. The QB’s, stable mgmt, defense, QB prep he manages (nice Murray prep dig) completely fits us, but he should know all of these teams don’t have the cap space for him at his rate even if the team adds a voidable year to thin out the contract. The 2nd RD pick is a pipe dream for the Cards. They’ll be lucky to get a 4th and get to purge the contract. -
NFL owners OK flexing of Thursday night games
machine gun kelly replied to Mike in Horseheads's topic in The Stadium Wall
If you guys were listening to WGR this morning, this is only for this year and Sal broke it down game by game. It won’t affect us at all. Week 13- Bye Weeks 14 and 15 - Nationally televised 4:20 pm games so CBS and Fox can protect these games as it’s the Chiefs and Cowboys. Week 16- Primetime with the Chargers so not a switchable game at 8:20. Literally the only switchable game is against the Cheatriots in week 17 which is at 1 pm. The likelihood of the Cheats being relevant with that dumpster fire by week 17 is highly unlikely. All three AFCE opponents my guess is going to beat them like a punching bag all season and couldn’t happen to a better coach. Maybe we can get our fantasy and another 7-10 to 8-9 season existing in mediocrity, but not high enough to even get a real franchise QB. A boy can dream. -
The dumbest rule in the NFL: New rule change
machine gun kelly replied to Dablitzkrieg's topic in The Stadium Wall
Right, but do you think player 43-53 are ever really going to see the field for even a minute unless catastrophic injuries. At least you can give guys an opportunity to shine there and then try and earn their way into a real position later. -
NFL brings back emergency 3rd QB rule
machine gun kelly replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
They just discussed this on WGR with Sal, Joe, and Jeremy. Sal clarified a lot about this new rule and too many data points to write up, but just go to Audacy in the 7:06-7:30 segment and you can listen for yourself. He made a similar point, but you can’t bring up for the PS a 3rd QB, as they have to be on the 53. As I mentioned just listen in and you’ll get all your answers. I’m sure they’ll discuss again on the Extra Point show which is starting now. -
NFL brings back emergency 3rd QB rule
machine gun kelly replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
Several years ago someone asked that question on Movin the Chains. Their explanation was that in the past the owners recognized throughout the year there would potentially be enough injuries that one team would have a competitive advantage which is why they historically dressed 46. I agree though Mr. Miyagi with the advent of a 16 player of the PS we should just allow 53 to dress including the 3rd QB. The genesis is of course an overreaction to the 49ers situation on the championship game. At the end of the day I don’t care. Besides Allen almost never gets hurt so we’ll be fine. -
Kaiir Elam - Breakout Player of 2023
machine gun kelly replied to hondo in seattle's topic in The Stadium Wall
Tre went through hell and possibly affected him at the beginning of the return. Some are so instant gratification they forget he was a 1st time all pro CB. I believe there is a good degree of likelihood he’ll be back. Your comments regarding our secondary is accurate, but don’t forget Taron is considered one of the top 3-4 Nickel CB’s in the league, and when we need Big Nickel we have Rapp. Its beautiful. Shutting down the Cincy’s of the world with those 3 WR’s would be impressive. Hopefully we won’t have tragedies of the Tops shooting, Knox’s brother dieing tragically, two smowmageddon events, and oh by the way our back up safety dead for 9 min and 23 seconds. These arent excuses, but real reasons why the team was mentally, emotionally, and physically exhausted. We barely beat an inferior team in the Fish. Tua is no Josh. Beane upgraded this team. I have cautious optimism. Cautious is the operant word. Instead of everything is great or the sky is falling, I’m in the well see mode. Not too high, not too low.
