  1. The song was sung by Otis Day and the Knights in Animal House. It was hilarious. Let me refresh you. As we say to all Jets/Fush, and Cheats trolls here… ”Leaving, what a great idea”. Unstable, you must’ve never been in a fraternity. This movie was the Bible for us frat guys. I just rewatched with an old buddy a couple of mi the ago. Prompted me to reach out to a couple of brothers, and we’re all meeting next year for our fraternity reunion. It went viral and now have like 30 guys going to go. If you don’t hear from me next June, I’ll probably on some ditch in Oswego, after the bender they are planning. Im purposefully not have Ong one drink for a month before and after that weekend. And Lime, Ridge, eball, and donuts. No pics for you as the models will delete with the debachery were planning.
  2. Ridge it’s purely for medicinal purposes of course. As if he ever stopped.
  3. Shaw thanks for starting this thread. I agree McGovern and Mt. O ‘Cyrus will be upgrades. I didn’t like Brown’s performance lacking last year, but McD made the critical error of not resting him for a month or longer with that back and neck. It lingers all off season of 2022, and in season. A lineman has to have a healthy back and neck. It took our previous Center’s career in Wood. He didn’t have a senior year in college as they opted out in the COVID year, and before his first season they didn’t have much of anything. He’s injured and multiple surgeries so this truly is his first off season of OTA’s, Minicamp, and now Preseason. I want to believe that raw power that had him muscle through his rookie season should advance e this year. If he sucks this year, I’d support moving from him, but I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt for now. He could end up being someone in this league. The other guys are just JAGs.
  4. I’ll reiterate what I said last year. Take her to court more for just some kind of vindication of his horrible press, and have his agent look for a team, who has a sound running game and hood defense. A poor most likely passing offense, and his cannon for a leg might keep them in games. Teams like TN or the Cheats. He’ll be mostly wasted in a high powered offense like the Bills (not that I ever want anything good to happen to the Cheats).
  5. The chTter on WGR is that it’s more and more likely he will get signed prior to the start of the season. I have my thoughts, and the ankle was a problem. You guys know me and although I’m mostly positive about McD, I don’t know why he didn’t shut down Davis for a month last season after the TN game and let him heal. Instead this injury weighed on Davis just like Spencer Brown all year. If they truly believe in Davis, he’ll be extended. That’s not my opinion, just reading the tea leaves of what is likely.
  6. But the solution didn’t have to be blitz. It’s could’ve been rush 4, play press man and a delayed blitz by Milano. Im confident McD will be aggressive when warranted.
  7. For me they’ve improved on both sides of the ball. Most likely improved Guard play, a 12 option now, much deeper WR depth with Shakir, Sherfield, and Harty for the slot. Improved RB play with a scat back in Cook, banger in Harris, and Murray for fresh legs in December and beyond. How is that not better? On Defense another proven Edge with 30 sacks in 3 years, opposite Groot, and then a trifecta with Von. Once Von in a rhythm I’m expecting Groot getting kicked inside on obvious passing downs, a Daquan as the immovable object. LB is a competition for which faster MLB can impress McD. The Secondary Is healthy again and they are one of the best units in footba
  8. I’d place Mahomes in his own tier, with tier 2 Josh and Joe Cool, and tier 3 Hurtz, Herbert, and Lamar. I’m not keeping Rodgers up that high unless I see he’s back to his MVP form two years ago. He’s now 40 and con in by off a broken thumb. Who knows if he’ll heal as fast. Then you go down to Tua, maybe Russel if he comes back to form, and then all the other guys like Cousins, Tannehill, etc.
  9. Scott, Ove been convinced for a long time more players do this than not in the positions where they look like freaks. I used to compete 100 years ago, in the tested and untested PWL meets and these NFL players are not getting that way completely naturally.
  10. That and controlled GH from January through March as testing usually Tampa up in April and GH clears much faster than steroids. The guy eats only once a day and probably does two workouts a day. Lifting functional trading and then some version of HIIT or cardio. He’ll age. He may not and I’m only speculating, but not naive.
  11. Allen is ahead of Hurtz. Allen was 3rd with Burrow and Mahomes above.
  12. https://wisportsheroics.com/nfl-buffalo-bills-green-bay-packers-aj-dillon/ First, let me say I doubt it, but we’re bored a week before camp. I was looking for something else and this thing popped up in a search. He would be an upgrade over Harris as he matches that style more than Cook. Comment however you guys like, just giving you guys something to look at before camp. Enjoy the speculation ( that’s all I think it is at this point)
  13. No he’d coach like it was 1990 and try and run the ball, play defense. He’d squander Allen’s talent. Brady was the show for those SB wins. I can’t stand his arrogant tone, but he really is the GOAT. We just hate it because he schooled us for 20.
  14. He’ll hold in, Jerrah will bloviate, and then they’ll give him something small to save face.
  15. Don, thanks for the common sense approach. I honestly don’t know why anyone watches ESPN anymore. I like in season NFL matchup as Cosell puts a nice show in strategy, technique, and counters in marquee games. It’s not clickbait like 100% of the rest of that network.
  16. What’s he even doing owning a lambo on his rookie contract? That’s almost as stupid as the incredible reckless driving. He could’ve killed himself or others. That’s disturbing and I didn’t wish we traded up for him. I was very happy the choices they made in the draft, and cautiously optimistic on the free agent acquisitions. As much as I wanted D Hop, I would’ve never wanted to go to that contract he recvd from TN.
  17. You know for a Jago.. you’re pretty smart. I’m just kidding brother. We are loaded and we are well managed and coached. Now matter how many chicken littles get on this board or hot takes on espn. Floyd was a nice addition. I’m hopeful Harty and Sherfield are upgraded over Beasley and Mcakenzie. I don’t expect DK2 to be Kelce, but he should have a pretty immediate impact. Hey at least OBJ and D Hop went to teams with crappy QB’s. 13 is a tough number, but 12-5 is a pragmatic expectation of they stay healthy.
  18. Nah, they have to report for their rookie fight song to the crew while they throw popcorn at them, police the vets shoulder pads, etc.. All kidding aside they have to teach them so much about this offense and defense it’s no vacation. I love it as Poyer and Hyde don’t need any remedial training. Hopefully the rooms take it seriously. Especially Mt O Cyrus and DK. Dorian as well as they may be going for speed.
  19. Agreed on most points. I laughed at the Carr comment. I wasn’t laughing at you brother. It’s sad he may be the best QB in the NFCS. Oh yeah and I live in Tampa. I feel for my sons who follow the Bucs closer than me. I like them and hope mayfield can help, but not holding my breath.
  20. There is a Bills Nackers bar that is excellent in Brandon, FL (O'Briens if you’re ever in Tampa during the season), and Steve Christie lives south of there in Apollo Beach. He probably comes up once a month with his daughters and wife. One of the nicest guys I’ve met as a past Bill. We had a long talk about his screwed up Norwood was from wide right. He was compassionate as was I. Secondarily, Andre Reed was a guest judge for our team building chili contest at our NSM when I was at Abbott Vascular. He was so nice and after we took pics, and talked about the Bills for 15, we called my sons and they each were able to talk to him. Ive met a lot of them and Coach Bemiller was my waterline coach (the o linemen during the 60’s).
  21. As I mentioned, the best i can hope for is rust between Rodgers and his new toys and maybe their young RB is still out on 9/11. The second game will be better as it’s in OP. Others are concerned with Miami, but hell Tua might be knocked out by the time we play them. The Jets may turn into a real competition for us.
  22. Gregg, I agree as Rodgers played through a broken thumb. I can’t stand the guy as much as the next, but trying to throw a ball with a broken thumb would affect any QB. He was the mvp the previous two years. I’d love him to fail miserably, but that’s wishful thinking. He has lots of weapons, an incredible defense, etc. what I’m hoping most for is he and his WR’s are not gelling yet in week 1.
